I was going 72 in a 55 but they reduced it to 64 in a 55

Not usually, once you pay the fine on time. I had a moving violation in New Jersey once and I had a NY license at the time and I didn't get points my license once my fine was pad on time

Yeap. Pennsylvania will apply the points to your license as if you got the ticket there.

as long as they have your correct social, birthday, etc....it will definately stick.
