Im planning on moving out on my 18th birthday but the thing is i live in mississippi and from what i seen over a couple sites the age of majority over here is 21 but of all my young friends ive asked over here they say 18 and one of my friends mom that works for the cops or something like that says 18 also and im not sure if it is or not but here are some other ?s also i want to know.....

can i have a sexual realationship with someone who is over 21 and not get in trouble at 18 - At 18 you can have sex with anyone you want that is at least the age of consent (16 in Mississippi)

can i enroll my ownself at college - Yes. However your parents income will have an affect on financial aid available to you until you are 24.
how old do you have to be to make a will for when you die - You can have a will at any age, however you have to be 18 for your signature to stand on it's own
whats the age to go to a bar and not drink or is there - The age to enter a bar and drink are the same, 21
whats the age to go to a adult store - I'm not sure in Mississippi. Some states is 18, others 21.

can i get my own place at 18= pending on landlords, you should be able but they might be hesitant due to your age unless you are financially stable.

is there any curfew for being 18= If you live on campus/college then there might be one but if you are on your own then no.

at 18 you are no longer a minor
some places may not rent to an 18 yr old. You may have to do some serious searching on that one.
you can get a tatoo at 18
you can have relations with someone older and they will not get in trouble
there is usually no curfew for being 18
you can enroll yourself in college, but you will still have to use your parents income for the financial aid part of it.
to drink at a bar in most states i believe is 21
21 also to go to an adult store

General age of consent is 18. At 18 you can get a tattoo without parental consent, sign a contract, rent an apartment, enroll in college, have sex, make a will.
Some exceptions: Legal drinking age in Mississippi is 21. Females under 21 need parental sign off on marriage license.

ok a lot of questions. in the usa at the age of 18 you can do anything except drink alcohol or be president . you can sign contracts, get tattoos ,have a relationship with anybody who is over 18 but not younger, enroll at school, make a will, the bar sceen is 21 unless its a dance club, adult stores yes.

you become a legal adult at age 18 however u may not be able to legally buy or drink alcohol. Dont go crazy on ur 18th bday tho! dont do anything u'll regret later on!
also, i live in california and to go in to an adult store u gotta be at least 18 so i dont know if the law differs. they usually say outside of the store.

Most of your questions can be answered by the law in that state . You are anxious to meet the world head on, believe me
it's a cruel world out there for ladies. Seems like you just don't like to be told about what can happen to you if you.do
this or that. Worried about sex legal age, about bars and adult stores. Gees what kind of home atmosphere did you
come from? You need more quidance that age limits girl.

I think if you're asking all these questions your not ready to live on your own
Once your 18 you can do whatever the heck you want legally but drink and I'm not sure about the will but I believe you can be even younger than 18.

When you are 18 you are an ADULT.. You can do whatever you want without getting in trouble, unless it involves alcohol...
You must be 21 to drink, consume, or go into CERTAIN bars.... Other than that, yes, you can do all that stuff....
