That is actually a difficult question. Most would say Democrat because they tend to discount his terrorist actions and only respond when provoked. However his politics are way out of sync with liberal (democrats) and so he could easily vote Republican - especially since after 6 + years they haven't been able to catch him (yes I'm a Republican too).

He would strongly support the Democrat party. The Democrat party did nothing to stop terrorism for the 8 years Clinton was in office, they want to end the war immediately, they want to talk to Iran & Syria and give them more power in the middle east (they are terrorists and the Democrat party wants to give them more power!), the Democrat party wants to make the CIA get a warrant to listen in on calls made from one terrorist in a country outside of the United States to another terrorist in a country outside of the United States, the Democrat party wants to close Guantanimo Bay, the Democrat party wants to use American Civilian courts to prosecute terrorists caught in battle, it takes us several years to prosecute criminals now and you would have to proove beyond a reasonable doubt to prosecute a lot of the terrorists our prosecuters couldn't do this with OJ Simpson do you really think they could meet this high of a bar in war?, etc., etc., etc. You listen to what the Democrats and Republicans say and decide if you were Osama Bin Laden who would you hope wins? A great historical example was Jimmy Carter verses Regan. Under Carter Iran took our hostages as soon as Regan was in power they released our hostages. No terrorists fears a Democrat, in fact they welcome them.

He wouldn't vote...He would try to change policy violently. Case in point, the Spanish elections. It's fun watching everyone argue on this though.....
