I bought a house in MAY the previous owner left a lot of his stuff in the garage and barn. I have been after him to remove it including a motorcyle. He has been caught in several lies and I've had enough. I want to speak with a attorney about my rights the laws for this type of stuff and find out what paperwork needs to be done. The closest one I found online says he does collections? I don't want to call a bunch up and ask them if they do stuff like this. So what kind of specialty should I look for. Also anyone have a idea of how much this is going to cost me? How long does it take to send the paper out. what should I have with me when I go talk with him? I'm not sure if I have this guys address will the lawyer be able to get that information.
Thanks so much

When it was inconvenient for Cheney to be part of the executive branch, he suddenly became part of the legislative branch. So now how is he going to play the "executive privilege" card?

Immigration fees mean that as long as you have enough money you can buy a US citizenship. If O B Laden had the money he could be a US citizen tomorrow!

I sure remember those days.... The chattering classes in an uproar over Reagan's "counterproductive" speeches and for sure that two bit actor moron without an Ivy League education and no brains to speak of could only drive us to annihilation by the mighty Soviets. Him and his clueless, dunderhead idiot Brit friend and ally Margaret Thatcher were just two dumb peas in a pod.

i am so sick of these people who can't speak english, it is so ignorant of them to come here and expect to get a job. they need to really crackdown on this issue, i mean it's BAD. they are everywhere. all they do is have kids that they can't afford, and then they grow up to become bums who cant talk right and then we americans have to deal with the problems they create. maybe death row is a little harsh, but if thats the only way to stop it then what else can we do?

So my husband used to be my boyfriend and we lived apart. I was getting public benefits (TANF) for our son while he was out of work and sick. They had back child support and TANF repayments calculated on him, which he eventually started paying.

Now we're married and no longer on TANF, the child support and back child support orders have been dropped but they are wanting the TANF payments which we are making. ITS NOT CHILD SUPPORT THOUGH.

So will the TANF repayment debt be discharged in bankruptcy? On our Credit Report its listed as "Indiana Child Support Bureau", but it is not child support, nor back child support.

We're in Indiana if that helps and I have gotten different answers from lawyers about this.

I recently filed a trial by written declaration, and I was found guilty with the option of traffic school. I would like to file a Trial de Novo, but I'm concerned that if I am found guilty again the Judge will not offer my traffic court again, or even up the fine. What are the odds a judge will do this?

If you look at Mt. Rushmore, can you pick out the career politician? You probably can't because Washington, Jefferson, Roosevelt and Lincoln all had careers that they left to briefly serve the people. It wasn't too long ago that the ideal for politics was to have a business, build it then leave that company for a couple of years while you served as Congressman or Senator and then return. That was because who better than a farmer would know what a farm bill would impact? Who better than a beat cop could tell you why a crime needs to be punished with 5 years?

With the rise of the career politician, suddenly government became insulated. You also start seeing people using their position more for political gain. You see bribery scandals from both parties. You see sex scandals from both parties. And the one universal fact is that the people abusing power are career politicians.

So my question: Are we as a country best served by person who is a career politician?
