I recently filed a trial by written declaration, and I was found guilty with the option of traffic school. I would like to file a Trial de Novo, but I'm concerned that if I am found guilty again the Judge will not offer my traffic court again, or even up the fine. What are the odds a judge will do this?

I'm not sure what a Trial De Novo is. It sounds like some form of a new trial. If that is the case, you would be sentenced again after the new trial. Your original sentence would be void and not matter at all. My guess would be that the judge would be less generous after a second trail.
