Hi im in the military (National Guard) and have been for about 6 months i have reported for all my duties every weekend but i have not went to boot camp yet. My date for boot camp is coming in a few months but i just found out that i have a disease! Ulcerative colitis...this would be a disqualification if i was trying to join the military but i have been sworn in and have been reporting for drills regularly. my recruiter says keep it on the hush, hush. but is this enough of a reason to have me discharged for having this disease that is not contagious?

If the US has an official language, then it would become law that all court proceedings would be held in English, and it would avoid the problem that this story on Yahoo described:

A man accused of sexual abuse of a seven-year old had his case thrown out because the Court could not find an interpreter who was
1) fluent in Vai
2) understood American legal-ese
3) Is willing to work around his own schedule in order to work for the court.

Combined court simply because my legal aid was withdrawn due to changes in legal sytem the night before main hearing on morning in court I was alone with 3 men who tried to bully me. J.Goldsack asked me to stand in dock opening comments were you are a bitter women. I was so astounded I told him sorry is this a family civil court I will not allow you to speak to me or any other women like that. He made an order there and then I should never see or have contact with my children again simply because I stood up for myself and which I would do again as he stood to leave he said no grounds for appeal. It had nothing to do with the children the court always said I was a good mother I have never hurt or harmed my children in anyway but this court have helped brainwash my children. I have written a book about case and made dvd every year for them. I would like to know what you think about this?

The infrastructure in the U.S. is declining and in disrepair (remind anyone of the levees in Katrina?) while we are spending so much on this war? Anyone want to predict what Bush will say publicly about this?

The mail man keeps putting some one else's mail in my box. Even if I mark it wrong address and wrong person, it still keeps coming. I have decided to shred it. My mother told me that this may be illegal--just wondering if it is.

My personal feeling is that anyone should have the right to be wed and the only oppositional stand point I have seen, is it being against the bible which brings up the question: Aren't Church and State supposed to be seperate affairs?

"Okay, we've messed up America's relations with the middle east by killing a couple of muslims (Millions upon Millions). And now they're so pissed they wanna kill us. Okay lets destroy their homeland and the place they'll love so they will begin to love us again and never attack us." Tom Tancredo August 2nd 2007*NEVER GONNA HAPPEN THAT WAY*

Dude, if that happens not just the terrorrists but all 1.8 BILLION muslims will hate us. Within 3 days all 300 million Americans will be 5 foot underground!

This guy is killing us. Who the hell would vote for someone that will doom us all by giving terrorists another reason to kick our butts.

Listen, some of you anti-muslims, islamophobes, racists and bigots want the end of mecca and medina. But that would be the end of us. I don't wanna know if you'd like to see the Mosques fall, But I wanna know what you think on this guy and his statement. Possible consequences of his sayings.

and to also change your route to work every so often says Mossad agent Juval Aviv.

"Those people who were close to the bombs died, then others were injured or died from inhaling the toxic fumes or getting trampled. The reason you take a bottle of water and a towel is that if you wet the towel and put it over your face, you can protect yourself against the fumes and get yourself out of there."

Here are some of my picks!

By failing to prevent 9-11 Attacks
By failing to fight Al-Qaeda / Taliban
By failing to capture Bin-Laden
By attacking & destroying Iraq
By causing thousands of American lives
By killing/causing to be killed thousands of Iraqis
By creating a terrorist haven in Iraq
By uniting terrorists against the U.S.
By helping Al-Qaida secure funding
By helping Al-Qaeda recruit thousands of new terrorists
By allowing terrorists to base & train in Iraq
By draining U.S. Military and stretching it TOO THIN
By reducing U.S. Military capability to face other challenges
By turning Pro American Muslims into Anti Americans
By making more enemies and fewer friends
By bankrupting U.S. Economy with uncontrollable war expenditure

In 08-06-01 President's Daily Briefing, CIA Director George Tenet told Dubya about hijacking plans by Al-Qaeda to strike within the U.S.

The title of that PDB was, "Bin Laden Determined To Strike in US".

Dubya still blames CIA/FBI for not warning him!

I was just wondering the laws dealing with removing a victims clothes to administer first aid, or especially AED if necessary. Especially dealing with using and AED on a female.
I am a junior at our local volunteer fire department and hear alot about that in medical calls. Some people actually threaten to sue some of our EMTs for molestation. Are there any laws to defend this (such as the Good Samaritan Law)?
Also for any other fire or EMS personnel, what is the radio code for removing a victims clothing? Maybe its just a local thing, but we learned one during disaster treeage training, I just forgot....
I know this is kind of an awkward question, but I was just curious
