Members are allowed to board meetings where I am a member. This is written in our bylaws. And there never has been a problem as far as that is concerned. Now a new board member has problems using stairs. So the board has decided to close the building for the afternoon so that the meeting can be held on the first floor. In the past most board meetings were held there so that it would be easier for members to attend. Can they actually close the building and not permit members to attend? They can probably say that an in camera session would be a problem. This new board member has been to the second floor on other occasions. Can the rules be changed to make allowances for one and then block the rights of many? Please can anyone help me?

Is it because they are afraid Nancy Pelosi will have to resign? She hired undocumented workers for her business while she was using her government position to keep undocumented workers from being deported. Guess Democrats know the term "obstruction of justice".

"What they did was wash the outside of the cup, but the inside of the cup is still filthy," railed [Republican] Coburn, who said the legislation would present the appearance of reform while still leaving open loopholes. "If you want to fix what's wrong in Congress, you have to make the earmarking process completely transparent. We had a great strong bill in January and they gutted it."

The evidence to date shows enormous progress in the areas affected by the surge: Anbar Province has become the safest place in Iraq outside of the Kurdish Zone, and Bagdad is more secure now than at the begining of the insurgency. The 'Clear and Hold' doctrine of Gen. Petraeus along with increased co-operation with security forces and even nationalist groups has led to great progress and superb moral, even so many democrats want to further their agenda by pulling out anyway and would much rather the surge be a dismal failure : http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/07/30/AR2007073001380_pf.html
If Petraeus reports great progress in sectarian violence, security, compatence of Iraqi security forces, and says we could win the war(stable democratic Iraq w/no secatarian violence) in a couple of years (1-3) would you start supporting the war?

My aunt died on Feb-2007. She did not have a will in place when she died. She was a resident of Mississippi and had a 16 year old son. The father is still alive and resides in Chicago, however he is not paying child support for this child. Before she died he stopped paying child support because he had his employer start to pay him cash under the table. So that the child support wouldn't be taken out of his check. How do we (the family) go after him for child support? He is not helping support this child and has said that he does not want the 16 year old living with him and his wife (he and my aunt were never married). Please if anyone knows what we should do, this is not right.

My daughter was living with her father, my son with me. We agreed he'd take care of her, I'd take care of him, neither would get support from the other. While she was with him, began getting into trouble, went to juvenile hall, etc. Once she was there and in group homes, his county began charging me for J/H bills and child support. She came to live with me, ran away, sent back to juvenile hall in his county since still on probation there. Since I was getting all these bills for her, though our son was w/me for 3 yrs, I took him to court to get 1 yr of child support paid to me so I could pay the bills for our daughter. That was a stipulation in our own case, but in it I said I'd pay 1/2 her juvenile hall bill. But after that, she came back to me and went to J/H in my county, there was another big bill. He got a bill from my county, and I told him I'd take care of all of that bill if he pd. all the bill from his co. Now his co. is called me, said they have copy of that order (con't)

He shouldn't have helped design that illegal amnesty bill. That really killed all his chances! Being from Arizona he should not have gone that route!

That and he became a Bush butt kisser!

1. Lincoln - Kept the country together/ Freed the Slaves.

2. Washington - Could have been King. Chose Democracy

3. Reagan – The Great Communicator Brought the Soviet Union to it's knees. Created 20 million new jobs.

4. Teddy Roosevelt - the first real free trader and environmentalist.

5. GWB – The Great Liberator Kept America safe from Terrorists Attacks after 9/11. Liberated 50 million hopeless Muslims in Afghanistan and Iraq (Soon to be Iran). Brought Honor & Dignity back to the White House. Unemployment a VERY low 4.5%

Bottom 5

1. Woodrow Wilson - WWI was a horrible choice.

2. Andrew Johnson - Impeached

3. Carter – ONE TERMER unlike GWB. Soviets marching everywhere, hostages being taken, long gas lines, high interest rates and unemployment. Basically the worst parts of the Bible.

4. Clinton – The Great Fornicator Brought a 19 year old Chubby Intern to her knees, lied about it and was IMPEACHED. Then he was disbarred.

5. Millard Fillmore
