And please dont say "not if the killer is insane" cause that is a very gray area. A few years ago Larry Robison was paranoid schizophrenic and recieved the death penalty for killing 5 people, his parents went to my unitarian church. (i do agree with life in prison for the ill, or not ill)

"I don't know that Atheists should be considered as citizens, nor should they be considered patriots. This is one nation under God." - President George W. Bush

I think Mr. Bush is 100% right. Once we became a Christian nation we invented the Internet, polio vaccines, so many things that would have been denied us by atheists who just didn't care about anyone else. This is country based on MORALITY. There are no morals in athiesm. Being selfish and refusing to thank the Creator is not acceptable to me. What kind of country would we be if we continue to allow people with such terrible agendas to become citizens.

What do you think, friends?

Capitalism is on a bell curve. Capitalism will never thrive under high income equality. Capitalism will never thrive in a society overly concerned with the environment. Capitalism will never thrive if people stop their natural want for more of something or a bigger and better version of something.

The less we reign in capitalism, the more this country will develop, and the better it eventually will be for everyone... For example, tax the rich less and they will be motivated to earn more, and this smaller tax on their increased income will eventually result in a larger sum of collected tax money than if you taxed them more but on an income that they would have less incentive to increase.

Note that my statements are not contradictory. Growing capitalism will create growing ineqaulity, but those at the bottom will still see a change for the better over what they previously had... Although they will be even further from the top as a whole.

How accurate? Honest answers.

I know that when the recruiter promises me a certain position/job (w/e it's called) in the Navy, it's mostly a bunch of B.S. I don't mean to bash recruiters but that's just how I feel it is. With that being said, do I have any say in what I'd be doing in the Navy as far as jobs are concerned, and what are my chances of doing what I want to do?

Seems this guy was drafted in the spring of 1986, when he turned 18. By early 1987, he was fighting in Afghanistan. He said most days there was little or no fighting. Then battles would flare up and maybe 50 of them & 50 of the muslims died. It was often a mutual exchange with equal numbers of both sides getting killed.
In late 1988, when the russians agreed to withdraw, the battles became more intense for the final year, a lesson for libs who want to cut and run now, our boys will be in more harm than they are now!
At the end, it seems a lot of bolsheviks got killed thanks to superior American weapons given to the muslims. Most of these weapons have been used up. Used to kill commies, not a bad thing!
No doubt russia got whooped and left in humiliation. Dem bolsheviks want the same thing!
I tell this commie the same thing will not happen to the USA because God is on our side and Bush is a strong leader! He's been in the USA since the 1990's. Isn't it time for this commie to go home?

LOL I mean really isn't it ridiculous. I see couples flying down the road, running you over practically with a SUV the size of a tank, with one kid in the back thats not even old enough to read with their personal TV in the back, screaming I want SpongeBob, as they scramble to be ahead of you by 5 seconds to unload all the new goodies they bought, only to be unloaded at the local landfill in a couple of years.

The LDS church never discriminated against any race, nor did we ever break any civil rights laws. So, how could anyone say that theh government could take away our tax exempt status?

They could easily do it because the church does not ordain women into their priestshood. The Catholics, too. But I don't see them making any moves along those lines. Or because of our stand on active homosexuals.

Sorry if this sounds a bit naive, but I believe, and I may be wrong that Marines need to buy their dress blues. I would like to gift a few of them by paying for them. The Marines in question have joined from families that are a bit poor and they are trying to support them. I would like to ease this a bit. I would like to do this anonymously but not quite sure how to? Sorry if this is silly but I would like to contribute. Is there a way.
Thank you.
