Obviously you don't know the true and proper definition for a hate crime. "Any comment, act or thought of a caucasion, Christian or conservative is automatically judged a 'hate crime'. I'd love to go into detail...............but the PC thought police are coming down my drive to arrest me for this post............

But can we all think about this.......Square Peg--Round Hole. How does one actually 'flush' a book?

Since burning the flag is done in hate it should be a hate crime just as much if not more than flushing a quran. I can't believe what is happening to America.

I agree, but it could be intent. Burning the flag may be a sign of hatred of our country, rather than our culture. Attacking our culture should be considered a hate crime, but not our nation. On the other hand it's hard to say anything else other than attacking a religion, if one flushes the Koran.
