email scammers, what can I do about them? How can I get even, or stop them?
I hope this is right catagory.. I post a lot of ads on Craigs List, but most of emails I recive are people wanting to send bogus checks,and have me send check to shipping company I DO NOT BLAME CRAIGS LIST
A new varitation is they want me to invite a person over from another country to purchace item, What is the scam? what are they trying to set me up for? what can I do to to stop them? I would do anything to stop them , or at least pay them back . signed MADDER THAN HELL AND WONT TAKE IT ANY MORE

George Orwells' "1984" describes dystopian socialism. I can't think, off the top of my head, of any socialist country that is not dystopian. Am I right, or am I right?
Having said that, isn't America more socialist than we'd like to admit? The government taxes like a socialist state, doesn't it?

I came 6 month vaccation from Saudi Arabic at Exit Re-Entry visa Last year on 8th May 2006. I just watched the movie Zodiac (with Jake Gylenhall). It really freaked me out. I can't believe all these people spent so long trying to find the killer and still do not have 100% proof who did it. Do you think he's still out there (even though he would be pretty old)?

I just would like to see others opinions about this.
a couple of years ago California tried to pass a law(I read this in my civics class so its not some bullcrap) that stated that illegal immigrants in California should get the reduced price on college for being in state...opinions anyone? is there anyone that supports this? if so then y? just curious i wont insult you nor should anyone else.

If it had a sentence for each charge would be even better.

What I would like to know is what can a person be charged with, for instance if trying to kill someone what can he be charged with i/e attempted murder, attempted manslaughter (?), attempted homicide (?), assault with intent to kill etc.

Also, what the sentence would be would be great.

I'm planning on joining the Navy, and I already have my college degree. This means I can go in as an officer, which I looked into. However, I also have a lot of interest in doing the world languages, or cryptologic technician (?), program, which is only for enlisted personnel. I understand both look good in the civilian world. Anyone have any advice or recommendations? Thanks.

He talked to a recruiter who told him that if he wants to re-enlist he'd have to go during the start of the AF fiscal year, and apply then since they only take so many pre-enlisted men per year. They also said that since he's been through Basic, he won't have to repeat it. He is 24 right now, healthy, and fit except for about twenty extra pounds. We know that losing the extra weight will be a benefit to him, but what else can he do between now and the next year start (next October, not this one) to better his chances of being accepted? This is a family tradition for him, almost all of his paternal family is in, and he really wants to get back in and succeed. I'd like to help in any way I can, so what can we do to get him in?
