I believe you got a new offer from Saudi Arabia and willing to go back on a new visa. Your former visa has not been cancelled. In this case the essential thing is you have to get a no objection letter from your former employer to cancell the existing visa whether it is valid or not. The NOC should be addressed to Saudi embassy or consulate in India and be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (KSA). If you can manage to get this letter then don't worry, go ahead. If the visa is ready from your proposed company then complete the formalities of medical fitness and other documentations prior to submit to the embassy/consulate for new visa stamping. I would suggest you to contact the sponsor or his PRO (Muaqab) of your former company to get the NOC.

Try your best, good luck.

you'll need to find an employer in Saudi who will sponsor you. That employer will file all the required paperwork on the Saudi end, and advise you of the paperwork you'll have to file with the KSA embasy or consulate in India.

Be prepared for much delay and errors. Sometimes the word from sources in KSA is not what the embassy in your country is actually doing. [My brother-in-law was told to file his paperwork directly with the embassy ... persistant phone calling after he did so discovered that the embassy wanted him to file with a particular consulate and that he had to pay an express company to retrieve his paperwork and then refile it at the consulate -- all within five days -- or he would be rejected.]

{Btw, the embassy worked normal business days in the country where it is, but the consulate in the same country only worked Monday through Wednesday -- refraining from work on Thursday and Friday due to religious reasons and from work on Saturday and Sunday due to not wishing to offend the local populance. Go figure.}
