I'm not sure exactly what you mean but I do suggest you take a few to a Coin Shop and show them to them and see what they suggest to keep them in good condition. They are usually very helpful and can also tell you what they are worth and their present condition. Good luck!

Put them on a piece of cloth and leave them exposed to the air. Just the oxygen in the air plus the pollution will put a patina on those dollars in a relatively short time. You could handle them too. Skin oils and acids tarnish coins.
