I need some help on an online stalker, someone that knows my personal info and uses it in public on a site, and also slanders my name and sends me e-mails and msgs as often as possible. Threats and slander, harassment and blackmail to share my info with whomever in public if I don't talk to him. I don't want to talk to him or have anything to do with him. How do I fix this, how can I contact his ISP?

There was a shooting in a bar near my house; members of a gang were involved. Somebody not involved with the gang was hurt bad and the police wanted to know who it was who fired the shots. Because of the powerful force of the gang all 30 people in the bar, including the bartender says thy don't know who it was who fired the gun. A friend of mine was one of the 30 people so said they had no idea who it was. Can the police legally hold the whole bar as accesories to the crime?

My boyfriend had an accident when backing out of our driveway with a neighbor backing out of theirs. When the police officer came, he said they both would have been cited (I wasn't in the car at the time nor did I see the accident) and given tickets if they filed a report.

What do we do about his insurance if the neighbors file a claim? Ohio is a tort state (rather than no-fault). And if they both were going to get tickets then would our insurance pay for their damage and their insurance pay for his or would each insurance NOT pay for the damage?

everyone continued to live tribally. Much like the native americans (north and south), africans and parts of asia before they were occupied and technology started to flourish. That's not to say all technology would be gone (native americans did have irrigation systems etc.)

I see many pros and cons.

Pros - Less war. Respect for nature. No more overpopulation (due to lack of modern medicine, but as a bonus over several thousands of years the human race becomes stronger on whole as only the strongest survive). Ignorance is bliss, simple things in life would bring happiness. Very little greed, and rules were decided by elder councils (usually).

Cons - Isolation. No common languages. Early death. Lack of control of our environment in a lot of cases so less security.

This court hearing is for a friend of my sisters'..He was on probation when he came to a party at my house once..in this picture, it shows him holding a gun..THAT I DID NOT KNOW HE HAD...THese pictures were taken in my house, without my knowing..I was told by the prosecuting attorney that all I have to say is that it IS my house...It's goverment housing, can't i get kicked out, as it is my responsibility who is in my home (cuz of gun)..I am VERY tempted to want to refuse to answer when on the stand, in fear I may get myself in trouble...Any advice???

It is beyond the scope of my imagination even in the darkest corners of my mind and understanding as to why ANY american would still support GWB. Even those who have befitted from his greedy policies. Its so obvious at this point that he is hurting our country that the short term benefit by big corporations is minimal to the long term damage. I just read about what happened in Florida with the mother and her son being forced to have sex at gunpoint. What is going on with this world? This should never happen to people. If you have not read the story, June 18th in a project in Florida, a woman was raped and beaten for over 3 hours while her son was beaten in a different room. Then her son was forced to have sex with her. After which floor cleaner was poured into their eyes. What is going on with this world??? I really do not want religious answers about things in the bible. I am not an aethist but I just cannot handle those kind of answers right now. I am just extremely disappointed with the world. Why do people still want to bring children into this world? Maybe what I am asking is, what does the future bring if our world is already this much out of control?

Wow this is crazy! Finally....the voices in America has been heard! We all want to stop the war in Iraq and bring our troops back home safe and sound. The Democrats are doing all they can to bring back our troops and end this stupid war, but unfortunately, our PRESIDENT George W. Bush recently vetoed a supplement bill that was passed by congress to BRING BACK OUR TROOPS SAFETLY AND END THIS WAR!.....Yes, believe it or not...congress passed that bill, but George Bush DENIED it! That means he is denying what the American people want, and even denying the congress. WOW! What kind of a respectable President is that? People voted for him because they thought he was supposed to be here to protect us and serve us. He was supposed to be our "Hero" but instead he is wrongfully using his power.
Did you guys know that we are spending 12 BILLION DOLLARS A MONTH just because of this war??? I mean seriously.....12 billion dollars a month! Do you know how many lives we can save with

Ive been researching about the proposed North American Union that would bring mexico canada and USA together, and make the currency the Amero, this is happening yet NO NEWS AGENCY REPORTS IT?
