Don't know about you but I'm sick and tired of left wing dems doing a lot of homework and using facts to destroy our attempts to regain power. Please help! Is there ANYTHING left, no matter how disgusting, that we can use to take them down????!!!!!

I recently had a bad experience with a company. I'd like to create a website to tell my story and warn other consumers. I'm not going to make accusations or libelous statements, but I would like to lay out the facts and let the public decide. My question is this: if their domain name is xyzcorp.COM, will I run into legal difficulties if I register xyzcorp.US? Since I won't be selling a product, and I'll only be talking about the company, I believe I should be legally safe. Am I right or wrong?

A friend got pulled over and was arrested for an old warrant. The cop didn't ticket him or anything, just arrested him. Now come to find out, there's a ticket on it. He ticketed him, but didn't tell him he was going to, didn't have him sign it or anything. Is this legal? Can cops give you a traffic ticket with out telling you, or having you sign it? He just found out now, 6 months later bc he got a letter in the mail about it. Thanks

I found an old picture of my great grandfather with his Austro-Hungarian army unit. They pose with a sign that reads "K k Elappentrain-werkstalle Nr.7"
The picture was taken sometime around WW1.
What can you tell me about this unit?

Thanks!

I was riding the Katrina boat from Rainbo Harbor, Long Beach. My daughter 7 wanted to use the restroom, the restroom is small so she went ahead. All of sudden the lady who runs the boat calls the other guy they run towards the bathroom, soon as that happened I ran to the bathroom. My daughter is crying in great shock with the lady. I ask what happened, the lady says the door fell on top of her. The lady(who works there) says she found her in the bathroom crying, but they dont seem to say anything to me, just offering her candy or something to drink. My daughter keeps crying and I keep asking her what happened, there was a laday in the restroom with my daughter she had tooken her kids to the restroom during the same time, she comes out and says while my daughter was in the bathroom, the door fell on her. The other guy(who works there) overheard and says the door was already broken.
After the boat ride I went to the booth and they gave me the card, the girl there says it always happens. I called there office I believe the owner returned my call and said maybe my daughter crawled under and opened the broken door, because he doesnt see the door falling on her, he asked me what i would like as compensation (refereing to 0ther cruise tickets) . I dont know what to do because what if my daughter's arm is effected by this later in time (she did complain). I told the manager this he said to call him today Monday so we can sign some kind of paperwork? what do I do, I dont want to sue because it may cause me money and time plus I am recently going to court for a felony? is there anything else I can do?

Bush not considering Iraq troop pullout By , AP White House Correspondent

WASHINGTON - President Bush is not contemplating withdrawing forces from Iraq now despite an erosion of support among Republicans for his war policy, the White House said Monday.
The administration also tried to lower expectations about a report due Sunday on whether the Iraqi government is meeting political, economic and security benchmarks that Bush set in January when he announced a buildup of 21,500 U.S. combat forces. White House press secretary Tony Snow said that all of the additional troops had just gotten in place and it would be unrealistic to expect major progress now.

"You are not going to expect all the benchmarks to be met at the beginning of something," Snow said. "I'm not sure everyone's going to get an "A" on the first report."

I have known guys who worked hard and earned the money themselves yet in a divorce they are expected to give half of their money to their wives, pay alimony, and give half of their house or even all if their wife wins child custody. If American women have alot of equal rights like men (voting, running for office, attend college) should these divorce privileges cease to exist?
