Domain name law when criticizing a company?

I recently had a bad experience with a company. I'd like to create a website to tell my story and warn other consumers. I'm not going to make accusations or libelous statements, but I would like to lay out the facts and let the public decide. My question is this: if their domain name is xyzcorp.COM, will I run into legal difficulties if I register xyzcorp.US? Since I won't be selling a product, and I'll only be talking about the company, I believe I should be legally safe. Am I right or wrong?

that is probably illegal. the test is confusuion. xyzcorpsucks.com is probably legal. there is a lot of info on suck sites.

look on the web, you will see many sites dedicated to injustices down by a corporation or public individual, they usually have in their domain name not only the company name but an adjective to described the site as anti corporation
