It is not the Government nor those who make up the cabinet. They are elected members of Parliament and are the public face. To put it simply they are like the sales staff in a store. You see them, to your mind they ARE the store. But behind the scenes are those who hold the real power- the store managers.
Take that scenario and apply it on a larger scale. It is those faceless, unelected "managers" who hold the real power in this country. It is they who shape Government policy by "advising" using their expert knowledge. It is they who are moulding this country into what it is today. No matter which party is in power there will always be the managers.

you say muslims(or they) as you put it, but not all muslims are the same, im not a muslim, im a white brit, and l know alot of muslims, some who are very peaceful people and angry that the world thinks that they are the enemy.
