I was riding the Katrina boat from Rainbo Harbor, Long Beach. My daughter 7 wanted to use the restroom, the restroom is small so she went ahead. All of sudden the lady who runs the boat calls the other guy they run towards the bathroom, soon as that happened I ran to the bathroom. My daughter is crying in great shock with the lady. I ask what happened, the lady says the door fell on top of her. The lady(who works there) says she found her in the bathroom crying, but they dont seem to say anything to me, just offering her candy or something to drink. My daughter keeps crying and I keep asking her what happened, there was a laday in the restroom with my daughter she had tooken her kids to the restroom during the same time, she comes out and says while my daughter was in the bathroom, the door fell on her. The other guy(who works there) overheard and says the door was already broken.
After the boat ride I went to the booth and they gave me the card, the girl there says it always happens. I called there office I believe the owner returned my call and said maybe my daughter crawled under and opened the broken door, because he doesnt see the door falling on her, he asked me what i would like as compensation (refereing to 0ther cruise tickets) . I dont know what to do because what if my daughter's arm is effected by this later in time (she did complain). I told the manager this he said to call him today Monday so we can sign some kind of paperwork? what do I do, I dont want to sue because it may cause me money and time plus I am recently going to court for a felony? is there anything else I can do?

Take your daughter to the hospital to make sure she is OK then hand the company the bill. No need to sue.

and through your misspellings and grammatical errors, you didn't see fit to visit the local ER or the hospital you usually go to, or your family pediatrician to get your child's arm looked at?

and no its not a felony. it's an accident.

if you took her to the doctor, ask that they pay for the doctor bill and fix the door
if you didn't and feel she needs to go, then take her and ask that they pay the doctor bill and fix the door
if doctor says she's fine - no lasting effects - then ask that they fix the door
