"Nonviolent offenders should not be serving hard time in our prisons. They need to be diverted from our prison system."--Sen. Hillary Clinton, Democratic debate, June 28

"Today's decision is yet another example that this Administration simply considers itself above the law. . . . This commutation sends the clear signal that in this Administration, cronyism and ideology trump competence and justice."--Sen. Hillary Clinton, press release, July 2

Even the dishes are unsafe filled with lead and toxic glazes. Is it because mega-cartel payoffs to thier coffers is thier only interest. Goods cost a dime and are sold to USA for $5-, a nice profit at our expense.

For example, a company wants your business to buy their product...lotions, hair products so they send some free stuff (real size, not samples) only they send a lot. Your boss says she can't keep it all and she's gonna throw it away. What? I'll take it, but I can't use it all. Can I sell it?

Also too Ngo dinh Diem and Idi Amin. I am the next President for my Country. Soon in the Future So watch Out For Me soon. And keep a Close eye on me. Because I have a Very Dangerous mind. Like Those Rest Of Presidents. Most Of you think that Hell Is true. But it already existed. If the bible had speak about the Begining and the creation of man. How it didn't Speak about the Creation of Dinosaurs and other Worlds in the Galaxies. Explain that to me. Thank You All For Reading. My religion is Budhism. I am Budhism from the womb to the tomb. Good Bye Everyone.

Why not amend the constitution to remove the pardon power from the President and give it to a special panel nominated by the President, but confirmed by the House? The majority party would get one extra seat, no matter the actual number split.

I think this would alieviate most of the problems with the presidential pardons, like covering up administration crimes, while still leaving a ray of hope for the unjustly convicted.

Does anyone think American's can come together to help the healthcare crisis in this country. I just don't think it's ok for people to have to suffer and die just because they can't get approved. My mom is a nurse and she works at a jail where prisoners have better healthcare than hard workers. If they need their diabetic shots my mother gives it to them, if they need their inhalers, they get them. Does anyone find something wrong with this? Criminals of the law would get better treatment and health care than upstanding citizens, should it not be this way for everyone? Or better yet, what ideas or what can be done to improve this situation, and don't say nothing because something can always be done it just takes someone who's willing to go the extra mile and fight for it over and over. It takes a relentless person. Any thoughts?

Especially with the FINAL (?) defeat of that lousy so-called "Immigration Bill," some in the "major media" have accused Rush, and others in the "Talk Radio" genre of "running" American politics.

Do you agree? Why/Why not? What sort of influence does he/do they have on American politics?

"We're going to continue to enforce the law. It's going to be tough," Michael Chertoff said. "We don't really have the ability to enforce the law with respect to illegal work in this country in a way that's truly effective."

Did President Bush perform an immoral act by commuting Libby's sentence. Or, did he simply right a wrong.

Regardless of what the Constitution says, obviously pardons can be abuses i.e. President Clinton. Please don't respond when something similar to: "The Constitution gives him the power, so its OK." Everyone knows the Constitution gives the President the power to pardon/commute. My question is: Was it the right thing or wrong thing to do in the case of Scooter Libby?

someone asks alot about female marines/soldiers and you idiots come back with dumb answers. unless you are unaware that right now in time women are standing at a door way of a historical revalution for women in the military. Rusia has done it in the 2nd world war, and canada has done it sence like the 80s and i am sure other counries have gone through it. if peaple want to ask and record what seems to be dumb questions let them because now is the time to ask. in so many years no one will remember or even care about the small stupid things, like what color and what kind of underwear a female soldier wears. information like that and so much more you will never find in the history books and will be lucky to ever find it. except for the time i was in, i know of very little about personal things of even of just the male members of the military. and lke the one person said, unless you are standing beside a woman who just came in from a patrol and watched her, you will never know without aski
