Does anyone think American's can come together to help the healthcare crisis in this country. I just don't think it's ok for people to have to suffer and die just because they can't get approved. My mom is a nurse and she works at a jail where prisoners have better healthcare than hard workers. If they need their diabetic shots my mother gives it to them, if they need their inhalers, they get them. Does anyone find something wrong with this? Criminals of the law would get better treatment and health care than upstanding citizens, should it not be this way for everyone? Or better yet, what ideas or what can be done to improve this situation, and don't say nothing because something can always be done it just takes someone who's willing to go the extra mile and fight for it over and over. It takes a relentless person. Any thoughts?

I believe health care is a right, and not a privilege. There are many Americans who cannot afford basic health care. There are also many who cannot afford the premiums for insurance either. It is also not fair to employers to force them to provide healthcare for their employees. We need a single payer system. Medicare for all. As soon as we take the profit out of healthcare the crisis will be alleviated and solved.
Kucinich has a workable plan for health care. Check it out at:

Yes:
1. Get a job.
2. Work hard.
3. Pay for Health Insurance.
4. Vote against Shyster Lawyers like John Edwards who has raised everyone's Health Care & Insurance.
(Edwards made millions with his friviolous lawsuits.)

i'm not really good with all this civic duty and keeping up with what the rest of the nation-elect is doing with our country...so, i guess that's really bad of me to just be minding my business, that and my job takes care of all my healthcare needs, so i don't know any better...

but i know what you mean though about inmate healthcare. when they need to see a doctor, they'll see one within 3days, if not sooner. if i want to see my doctor, i have to wait three months for an opening in her schedule =\
