Our Borders are not secure, A large Terrorist Attack, was by
blind luck averted in the UK. The July 4 Holiday is coming up,
it would be Big Win for the Terrorist, if they pull anything off.
Yet the Libby Ploy has everyone distracted. Sort of like those who are attracted to shiny objects. I,m disappointed.

I was going 30 over the speed limit but the cop was nice. He said, he didn't give me a speeding ticket but he gave me a minor offense. He also said, plead NOT guilty and then mail it in and you wont see me ever again. I dont get it??

It says "Complaint Ticket" and all it says on the ticket where it says "INFRACTIONS/VIOLATIONS" - STC and the date and the amount is $75

1. What is STC?
2. What happens when i mail the ticket not guilty?
3. How big of an offense is this?
4. Will it increase my insurance?

Not paying a blind bit of attention to the people, ignoring and insulting Congress, overruling the judiciary and destroying the
legal system.
Isn't it nice to know that the law is no longer equal for everybody!.

U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton, who sentenced Libby and refused to delay the prison term, was a Bush appointee. Two of the three appellate judges who denied Libby's request Monday were appointed by Republicans.

All unanimous in there convictions that this guy had to go to jail.

Bush pushes a button on his cigarette boat and the guy walks. Only in the travesty of the legal system that is America's thanks to the neocons who support the idiot at the top.

Governor Janet Napolitano signed 29 of the bills and vetoed five. Included in the bills signed were three immigration bills, a bill regarding municipal sales tax incentives and a bill improving our air quality.

Among the bills signed today:

• Senate Bill 1552 -- Allows Arizona to clean its air and meet federal standards by the end of this year.

• House Bill 2515 --Ends the practice by cities of giving large tax breaks to businesses that choose to locate within their boundaries.

• SB 1265 --Courts must deny bail to persons charged with serious felonies when there is probably cause to believe they are in the country illegally.

• HB 2779 -- Imposes sanctions on employers who knowingly hire illegal immigrants.

• HB 2467 --The bill requires individuals to show documentation of legal citizenship to receive state services, per the requirements of Proposition 200 passed by voters in 2006.

Hi. I am currently 15 years old. My family and I went to an airshow at an airforce base two yrs ago, and it had a stand representing the Civil Air Patrol. I had been wanting to join the air force ever since I was about 11.

My dad, an air force veteran, noticed my enthusiasm and encouraged me to join. At age 12, when I was old enough, I asked my mom and she prohobited me from joining because she used to be in the air force too and said it was 'no place for women." But this is my passion. She even lied to me and told me thst my dad didn't want me to do it (even though he was actually excited and supportive of me).

My mother is very narotic and my parents fight constantly. Please don't comment on her, as it would take too long to explain. trust me. Now, at 15, I have an unstoppable passion to join. I Ordered an information packet, and my dad is right there with me. I AM going to join. How will I handle my dad letting me and my mom not when it comes time to sign up?

3 part question -- Wouldn't it be more productive to actually come up with a plan of action and parlaying it into activism instead of harboring hatred for fellow Americans? It seems conservatives on this board bash all liberals for wanting to end the war and yet I don't see any good ideas, just criticism... refer to Ann Coulter and Rush Limbaugh -- now, what about Scooter Libby? What possible explanation is there for this pardon? Possibly "compassionate conservative". Once again, interesting that we always need to place "compassionate" before conservative but not before liberal. Why is this?

We know he can't run for re-election, but will his dismissal of Libby's sentence affect his how he is remembered by historians?

Do you think Republicans running for re-election have distanced themselves from Bush enough that this won't affect their potential voters?

Do you equate your country with its government, or do you consider your country more or less its people?

Regardless of whether the majorities of the two agreed, which would you put first in situations of, for example, external or internal war - the people or the government? Keep in mind that a government can be reconstituted from the people.

I have seen that liberal individuals have a more 'the country is the people' mindset, whereas I'm not sure about what some conservatives believe about this.

Please keep to polite discourse - I think my question is reasonable enough.

This might have happened in Yemen, but it is clear that they are targeting people from a Western Society.

SANAA (AFP) - Six Spanish tourists and a Yemeni driver were killed and seven other tourists wounded when a blast hit their convoy at a Yemeni historical site in the northeastern region of Marib, security officials said Monday.

The explosion was believed to be caused by a car bomb, and took place around 06:00 pm (1500 GMT) in a western suburb of Marib town, 170 kilometres (106 miles) east of the capital
