We were canoeing and banked to have a cook out. We grilled had some drinks and then cleaned up all wrappers and baggies except for one bottle. Left the bank then we were called to the other side by some "Conservation Police" that had just come out of the trees. An air boat pulled up and they asked us what we were up to. They then proceeded to run my record on their laptop.

While questioning me they asked where my hot dog wrappers were, where my mikes hard bottle was, were our daquiri bottle was, where the cheese wrappers were, and the plastic from the mini grill. I had them all but one bottle and I received a $75 ticket or I can go back (1.5 hours) and goto court. Is there any way to fight this? it seems like they watched us the entire time we ate with binoculars (around their necks) - kind of creepy

Who's with me, all rapists, perverts and murders should be tortured the good old fashion way, without the electric chair.

A young lady and her child were driving home when a truck with three construction workers, all intoxicated, hit her and killed her and the child. It was a hit and run since they drove off, but two cars kept pursuing them and led the cops to them.

Here it's one of the hottest discussion topics now. It is their fault of course for driving drunk, but is it our government's fault as well for not enforcing our borders and penalizing employers? Is it employers' fault for hiring these people to attract them to come here? Is it also Mexico's fault for turning a blind eye to the situation here?

The woman's husband is suing the government because he says that if we enforced our laws, the illegal immigrant would not be here and his wife and child would still be alive.

Does anyone think that the security threat and the detioration of peoples rights and freedoms, isn't about terrorism at all, but is about setting up a infrastrucuture for controlling and monitoring the poor and the disgruntled working classes - in a society that has one of the greatest disparities of wealth, and is worried about the effects of globalisation and the resulting threats of mass unemployment to the common citizen?

We are all slaves to debt, slaves to mortgages and slaves to our employers - and we ar being spoon fed a million boring and repetitie middle class morality tales... doesn't it seem like they are only now getting around to installing the cameras and the barbed wire?

Michael Mullen raped and murdered his 2 year old niece.
Today he was sentenced to serve a minimum tariff of 35 years.
Sounds like a long sentence? Mullen is only 21 years old, so if released after that time would still only be 46. Surely in such a case he should be told -- life means life?
How many years of life, achievement and happiness did he deprive that little girl of?
Any opinions?

Because they can't beat us. They are protected by us and they are supported by us. They are willing to point their pathetic little fingers but can't even face their own insignificance.
