Just curious.
With socialized health care
Virtually zero military - except for what America gives it.
Crumbling economy
And a stagnated population

With all that - plus much much more - I would like to know if Canadians feel inferior living next door to the Yanks?

What is it like living in the shadow of the U.S.?

Many liberals hate the idea of stereotyping, for good reason. You shouldn't stereotype the opinions of a black man just because he's black, or stereotype women into the role of housewife, or stereotype an Arab immigrant as a terrorist. Libs are always first to point out that people should not be grouped into demeaning catagories.
But then in political debates these same "open-minded," "well-educated," liberals accuse all conservatives of being...
* Brainwashed by Rush Limbaugh. (As in, "Why do conservatives believe ___?" "Because Rush told them to," implying that every conservative can't think for themselves.)
* Desperately in love with GW Bush (there are many conservatives who dislike him, for the record.)
* White hillbilly rednecks from down south flying confederate flags (there are plenty of well-educated conservatives as well as African American and Asian ones)
* Fundamentalist nutjobs (Many conservatives aren't even Christian)
Libs: Why is this form of stereotyping acceptable?

Update (thanks to Earnest): 30 very bad people who were trying to kill our troops were killed today. Great Job Soldiers!!

I find it amazing that liberals on here would attack my previous question because I called them Al Qaeda. For all we know they were Al Qaeda. Just who are you rooting for?

The link is in my previous question.

I was traveling through a state last weekend that has a law that my state does not. It is called a move over law. I have been doing some reading on this law and I think it is a great law how and it is one that I would abide by this law with out question. In fact I think every state should have this law. My problem is being that I come from a state the does not have this law and I knew nothing about it can I fight it or is it worth fighting?

I have been very good at keeping my record clean and I would like to keep it that way.

What do you think of this one? They may vote on it tomorrow and I don't think it even passed through the House before getting to the Senate. The first one is Reid's bill, and this one is Kennedy's bill.

I went to get my permit a while ago and when I got it, they said someone else used my Social Security Number to get their license. The lady told me the guy who stole it was from New Jersey, and I used to live in New Jersey so I know this wasn't a mistake and something was wrong. My mommy went to the Social Security Office and they checked on their computers. They said the only person that came up under my Social Security Number was me. So my question is was my Social Security Number stolen and how do I find out for sure? The lady at the permit place said yes, but the actual Social Security Office said no, I was the only one. Also, is there any way this guy can block his name from coming up on the Social Security Office's computers? Like are there any scams you can do to make sure you don't get caught? Sorry 4 all the questions, and thanks 4 your help! =)

I'm rather tired of the conservatives who take these lying clowns seriously. Here are some links containing examples of the lies, deception, and/or hypocrisy of each.

There has been a lot of things said about Mr. Bush since his first term. A lot of his decisions (ex. Iraq War) have been criticized. He wasn't even supposed to win his first election. So how in the world did he got to repeat? Have you been listening to you I-pods all this time?

The White House isn't pro-amnesty because it wants to "appease" liberals, or because it wants to be considerate of Mexicans. It's pro-amnesty because illegal immigrants work for figures that a regular American would never work for. I don't understand why some conservatives on YA think that pro-amnesty is a liberal idea. It may be among many liberals, however, it's primarily an idea that big business supports...like all of the factory farmers in the midwest who need cheap $3/hour labor. It's quite simple actually: There's alot more profit when you're paying a worker 5 times less than a regular worker. And that's something that the big corporations like...

So, stop whining about how you dislike Bush because he's appeasing liberals. He's not, he's just appeasing his corporate farmer friends down south who need the cheap workers.

Who else agrees with this?
