Libertarians would cut government too much if they had their way. They'd want huge cuts in technology/medical research, which would eliminate things that only a government can do. They would also cut social welfare too much, leaving the unfortunate out in the cold.

Really, Libertarians are too fiscally conservative for Democrats to tolerate and too socially liberal for Republicans.

I'm voting libertarian for the first time this next time, I've had it with the old system. too bad Ron Paul is running as a republican, because I am going to vote libertarian. I have no idea why anybody would vote otherwise, looking for the answer too.

Ron Paul is a Libertarian running on the Republican ticket. He gets my vote. Go to youtube and type in Ron Paul. It won't take long to figure that out.
