A few days ago while @ Walmart we noticed that a man in an unmarked truck (with red police-like lights) on top was driving around in civilian clothes putting tickets on cars if they were parked incorrectly in a handicapped zone. Last night my mom was in a hurry to go to Walmart due to something important being left in there and accidentally didnt put her handicapped placard on the rearview mirror. When we came out an orange and white ticket was sitting on our windshield from the Municpal Court. This man was not a police man and had a normal truck and clothes? Is this legal for him to do this? And also, if my mom shows proof of her handicapped placard to the judge will he dismiss her ticket?

if they are just going to abort the thing anyway? Are liberals in favor of such a law? I mean, the "baby" is really just a fetus and can't feel that cocaine high until its like 6 months old, so says liberal science. What if a woman is going to have an abortion and can't get an appt. until monday morning? Does that mean that a strong, independent, liberal woman cant go out on the town friday night and enjoy some blow? It seems highly unfair that a fetus would stop a chick from having a good time. If this is illegal, then the ACLU should get on the case. What could they possibly get the woman for, other than drug us? Can't get her for child abuse, because liberals believe that it isn't a baby...it's a thing. like a mole they are going to get removed!

You have to wonder why so many old rich men have women who are only 20-30 years old . Then when women hit 45 or so they find that trading sex is no longer an option .
They become bitter angry women who just want to make every man on earth suffer .

This is why we do not have legal prostitution in all fifty states .
If men could pay for sex then marriage would end .

Then how would the next generation be raised .

Will this day be remembered as the day we turned the corner and cut the head off this snake called "comprehensive immigration reform?

Will we, the loyal American patriots, who put unbearable pressure on Congress to kill "comprehensive immigration reform" be admired with the same awe and hero worship as we today admire the farmers and merchants who stood on Lexington Green and on the Old North Bridge at Concorde and and fired the shots heard around the world?

Some of these poor nations owe the United States millions or billions of dollars. To "just forgive" the debt not only sets a bad precedent, but it gives the country no incentive to get their house in order.

I have an idea.

What if we told a nation that they could pay us in LAND? That is, we would specifiy several vast tracts of land (each would have water supplies and certain benefits that we wish to obtain).

If given to us in exchange for debt. It become American territory.

But several good things happen:

We create jobs for the other nation when we come to settle.

We agree to trade and commerce with them, further enriching them.

They are now debt-free to America.

We agree to buy certain resources (for settling) from them. And as industry and business and schools come, they can partake.

Our military presence serves as an umbrella of protection and order to the surrounding nations.

Etc.

Thoughts?

Just remember to refuse to eat your PB&J and bologna sandwiches, weep and wail all night and day, and complain bitterly about your bedding (a lack of high-thread-count sheets is a life threatening condition), and then demand to see your psychiatrist because you insist you're having a nervous breakdown. I wonder if anyone ever tried this in Alcatraz (Did you ever see the movie, MURDER IN THE FIRST?).

Why are we all so p*ssed about this new immigration bill?

Is it because we want laws upheld, and lawbreakers punished, not rewarded?

Is it because were tired of paying the cost for freeloaders?

Or is it because we see they're getting away with all of it and if this bill passes into law then they are gonna have free run of the country?

Don't you ever wish you didn't have to pay taxes or healthcare insurance? Are you fed up with working your *ss off and getting nowhere? Wish someone else would pay for everything?

Even if this bill passes how many of them do you think are gonna line up to pay the $1,000 and fill out the paperwork to get what they are already getting for free?

Who should be more p*ssed, the average taxpaying, decent, just trying to "pay my bills and keep the law best as I can", American citizen or those who have waited in line, paid the fees (wish it was only $1,000) and submitted themselves to the whole (exhaustive) process legal immigrant?

Please keep it clean and rather short. I know that this WILL strike a nerve, but it is not meant to, just want to see what people are thinking????

I do not think this is bad that she was "reassigned." Do I like her, No! however, I think it was the best for society and los Angeles. She went from 24 days in jail to 45 on house arrest, so she really did not has to spend longer with limited activities.
I work in juvinile corrections in a neighboring county and think this move was best. As a worker in a corrections facility, i understand the negative impact having her in the facility can have on the tone of the work environment. If you add this to the money and mental cost to dealing with the media being around the building, It cost society a lot less to move her. Now the media is outside her house. She will spend the next 40 says trapped and under a microscope. Every one who comes to her house will be noted. In the end she will punished plenty for a Suspended license probation violation. However, the workers at Lynwood will not!

Do you agree?

This is ridiculous. If I had been in her situation I would still be rotting in jail, with or without a rash or psychological problems. Is there anyone willing to stand up and make this woman answer for her actions, or is the United States government and the government of California a hoax, that is truly controlled by those with money?

I sold my house and the loan was closed last week. I've been living in the house since the loan was closed, and have to be out by the 15th. Since the loan was closed and all the paperwork signed last week, the hot water heater went out.

Am I liable to have it replaced? I'm still living in the house, but legally, it is no longer mine.
