Because all of our military officers would have to learn spanish and according to the repubs on this site, that is like the worst thing ever.

That's a good idea...however, I am sure some bleeding heart liberal or some civil rights organization will scream "foul."
Send them over for a tour of duty....even if they don't speak English. They'll learn the language real quick over there. Like the rest of us AMERICANS.....and our troops who are fighting...let them pay for and earn their friggin freedom. How dare some of them come over to this country and cry about their "rights."
