There are two systems in America. One for the rich and one for everyone else.

money talks...and bullshit walks. All this broad is famous for..is being "famous."
I cannot believe the media coverage this got from the beginning to her so-called incarceration. Not only is our justice system a "joke"...she is a "joke"...and the idiot reporters...tabloids..news media, etc., is a JOKE! This broad is not worthy of any
"news." Look at her...her entire demeanor
is nothing but pure "conceit and arrogance."
I wish someone would punch her lights out.
I was at a friend's house and she had the E channel on. (UGH) The hosts were talking about her and they said that she hopes to make a movie of this....and while in jail she would keep a diary and sell it for a million dollars....and that she was going to be housed with another "wealthy" inmate to guarantee that the other inmate wouldn't talk to the press. blah..blah..blah. Put the ***** in jail
and throw away the key. give the public a break!!!

I called in to be excused from jury duty this morning. My excuse was ...

"I am entirely and completely disapointed with the justice system, specifically with Alberto Gonzales, his entire office, and Paris Hilton's "undisclosed medical condition. I feel that I would not do a good job serving on a jury, as a matter of fact I refuse to cooperate with the whole judicial structure, and if I could I would sabotage it the first chance I get."

They told me to come in anyway... It's a giant joke!

Scooter Libbey has been convicted and sentenced to 30 months in prison. Is he in prison yet? No.

Paris Hilton was sentenced to 45 days in prison, wasn't put in prison immediately, got her sentenced reduced to half for good behavior that she has yet to exhibit, then left after three days for House Arrest, where she can sit in her bedroom and have her friends bring her coke and champaigne. What a punishment!

If either of them were a poor black man, they'd be in the lock-up before the echoes from the judge's gavel stopped, and they'd stay there for the full term.

Our justice system isn't a joke. It's a CRIME.

Consider this, we can hold "detainees" in Guatanamo Bay for five years without charges.

We can treat prisoners for cancer to prolong life, if they're on Death Row, to get them to sentencing.

Paris Hilton gets a rash and she gets to go home!

Paris did not go to jail for her DUI. She was pulled over and informed her license was suspended. AFTER she was informed of her suspension, she was pulled over, again.

Don't get me wrong, I've had a DUI. I was stopped for an inspection sticker, a year later. The cop told me my license was still suspended. I was dumbfounded. I moved Heaven and Earth to make my license right. I carried around the letter from DPS for years, it's still in my wallet.

Even after she was sentenced, Paris has been driving her car. Damn! If I were an heiress, with two body guards, I'd have a friggin' driver!

Now, she get out for a rash!

You are at least the 50th question about this today. It isn't a joke, it can be bought though. If she was someone else, there would be nothing funny about doing time. If Martha Stewart had to serve her complete term, why doesn't Paris?

The American legal system has always and will always work better for the rich and famous than for the rest of us.

Nope, if it was anyone else, they would have dealt with it in the jail, but because she is who she is, she gets to go home and party it up.... What is the point of even putting on the ankle bracelet, yeah she can't leave home to go party, but the party can come to her. I think some heads need to roll and put her back in jail to do her time. It's such a load of bs, just to get her out early.

It just proves the more money one has, the more one can get away with, even after the fact...I got caught up with .25g of crank in 2003 and got 6 months....unreal. They should have thrown her into general population with all those large marges for the 3 days she was there...
