I was arrested while eating my evening meal , Handcuffed and walked down the high street in full view of all the hotel guests to the station.
I was then ordered to strip and was given a very small track suit to wear and some enormous black plimsoles. Obviously a joke at my expense.
They then took me into a room where i had to strip again while they conducted degrading tests on me.
They took samples of skin from my scalp
Removed clumps of hair, by yanking them out
Scraped my finger nails
Ripped my pubic hair out.
held and swabbed my penis
Then forced a swab approximately 1 inch inside my penis.
I was then left in a cell for a further 15 hours.
Finally managed to see my soliciter when
there was a knock at the door and the DCI told my soliciter I was free to go.
I asked if they had caught the bastard , he smiled .
My soliciter then told me the girl had made up the story !!!
I feel i was the one that was raped.
She wasnt charged
What can I do!!!!
Its seriously damaged me

Are there any specific Navy careers that do not deploy overseas? I want to enlist, but am afraid of leaving my family behind.

Thanks

If only taxpayers funded campaigns, then our 'leaders' would not be pushing legislation for special interests.

For example, our 'leaders' would write and pass the law for national id cards first, before closing the border. If you needed a card to work, to receive any benefits (U.S. taxpayer money), or to do anything in our country, millions would leave...VOLUNTARILY!

Our 'leaders' don't make campaigns funded by taxpayers the law because THEY WERE ELECTED WITH THE CURRENT SYSTEM. But they are obligated to the few who put them into office, and those people want cheap labor.

They seem to think that they own this country and can do whatever they want to greedily, selfishly transfer wealth from the U.S. taxpayer to themselves, as they force taxpayers to pay for the benefits to illegal and legal immigrants, and destroy our wildlife/forests/wide open spaces/groundwater.

You don't have to separate families. When aliens leave, they can take their anchor babies with them.

Shouldn't "Jesus said. . ."
or "The Bible says. . ."

automatically disqualify somebody from commenting on politics? Don't we know how to be decent human beings without a poorly written collection of different writers' interpretations of ancient middle eastern superstitions?

Why is belief, without any basis in fact, some kind of acid test for the presidency? Why do we kill other people for not believing in the right invisible omniscient being that no one has ever seen and no proof of which exists?

All of the retarded banter I read on this board and hear from their mouths is the same crap that I hear Rush and his cronies spout. Did it ever occur to any of them to read both sides of the story and then form your own unbiased opinion. The republican party feeds them lines, and they go around like robots repeating the one sentence argument for each issue. And then if you back them in a corner by giving 10 reasons why what they say is not right, they jump to Bill Clinton.

Just because your party deems it so does not mean it's so. I am an independent/democrat but I support the death penalty, and am against the government messing with legal gun owners. I am just tired of these human tape recorders who regurgitate what their moronic talk show hosts feed them without ever even researching the topic on their own. Their is my rant, have at it boys and girls!

INFORMATION

I am gay, white, 62 years of age, love foreign travel, against immigration but not a rascist, am part Catholic and part Moslem. I have a 21 year old American partner who, thankfully, is also gay and we are to have a Civil Partnership Cereemony on the 4th of August!.

I feel strongly about world issues. I want to be the centre of attention wherever I go (not true - prefer to take a back seat!) so maybe that would be my downfall!

I am not against heterosexuals - don't feel threatened by them in any shape or form and believe they should have the same rights as gays! Interpret that in whatever way you wish!

Made a comment the Bible is 80% on poverty...hmm what Bible is that? So if there going to quote Jesus in how he said Give to the Poor is that going to be thier reason for raising the hardworking americans taxes through the roof? Yes Jesus did come to the Poor, to give them hope and to ask people to give from there hearts, but I assume the demmies are going to spin Jesus's message that people do not have to be responsible at all and because Jesus said so, and the government should let them wallow...

I am a christian and I do give to other's in need from my heart not by force...

Maybe they should realize Jesus's message was one of forgiveness, hope for al who sin, and to have a giving heart by loving GOD not the Government. He also did NOT say by the way forget about the Ten Commandments they are no longer valid.
Thoughts?

While filing a check bouncing case in the Judicial Magistrate Court, it is generally submitted that the case may be taken on file, issue summons to the accused and proceed as per the provisions of Law, and thus render justice.

It is discussed that unless specific prayers are mentioned, like, requesting to render justice by award of compensation and conviction and levy of fine, the court will not award conviction and compensation or fine.

Is it so?

Even if the specific prayers are not made at the time of filing the case, if the same is mentioned during the argument or in the written argument, will it not suffice.

what are the case laws connected with the above.

What are the latest provisions about award of compensation(quantum), fine and conviction?

Kindly clarify.

Thanks.
Pillai.

We tear down the federal government as a subsidizing entity and rebuild it as an entity that protects the country from outside hostilities, enforces federal law as it relates to interstate, and enforces and protects essential rights of all its citizens (The Bill of Rights and so forth). A minimal flat tax is paid to the Federal Government and the three branches function the same way but with limits.

We return to states’ rights. States are responsible for the cultural type laws, taxes, subsidies etc etc.

So if Kansas sees it fit to pay no taxes, outlaw abortion, outlaw homosexual marriage, and teach creationism and the Ten Commandments they are welcome. If New York decides to pay taxes and subsidize their own Health Care plan, social security and education, teach evolution and history, allow abortions and homosexuals to marry, they are welcome to do so.

States would essentially be responsible for their own decisions and deal with the consequences.

Good Idea? Bad Idea?
