My daughters boyfriends sister stole their mother credit card and spent $9,000 of course she denied it and the parents signed a form to get out of the charges that stated when and if they found out who did it that the credit card company would then press charges even if it was family of the card holder. So here is the question..would it be better to be charged by the state for theif by deception or fedral for fraud. She up to this point has a clean record and is a mother of a 7yr old.

I am asking this question in the hopes that the majority of the people that answer will know that Iraq was not behind 9/11 and that they had absolutely now WMD's. please if at least half of you know that this whole thing was just to help the republican agenda it will restore my faith in the inteligence of this country

Every one knew that weapons of mass destruction can not exist after 11 years of stringent sanctions. Even food was obtained by bartering Oil. Hundreds of Children died without medicine. But the US public did not protest then as they do now.

After 4 yrs of inactive reserves, he has been called to duty for the army national guard. He has to do basic training again for 3 months. What can he take with him? And what can he take once he is shipped over seas?

Its not that G.W. Bush lied, he is trying to cover someone elses butt for helping the Arab nation fight off Soviet soldiers in the 70's. We didnt plant the weapons, we gave them weapons for our best interest, oil. Oil is the weapon of mass destruction...why would that be? My opinion: Oil is becoming scarce, as we all know with gas prices sky-rocketing. Nations will be starting to fight for it. Oil is so powerful, that it may just kill millions...wht are your thoughts?

I am out of ideas for this man of mine. He is a police officer and has every sort of tactical thing you can imagine. I would have our kids make him a special something but they are only 3years old and 11 months. Flowers arent his style, and he already has shavers and gadgets for the computer and camera. I've also looked at flashlights, duty gear, and boots. I'm tellin you the man has everything. Any suggestions?
