I don't think there would be a whole lot left standing after such a war.

It depends on where the war takes place. The two mostly likely locations are in the middle east and north korea. If the war happened in the middle east, then it will most likely be a radical movement jihadist for a caliphate (not a conspiracy, egypts president says that is his goal along with the Iranian president). In that war the allies would be: USA, Israel, the UK, most strong European counties, and maybe Russia and India (Pakistan would probably take an offensive against them). The axis powers would be: every Islamic state in north Africa, the middle east, and perhaps in southeast Asia. If the war was in north Korea the allies would be: USA, the republic of Korea, Japan, the UK, and some other European countries. The axis would be: China, north Korea, and maybe Russia and Cuba.

if this happened it would all be nuclear. soldiers would not be at need as much. I agree with much of the countries you posted but also believe you are missing some key points. china is a highly developing country and they would not risk anything. russia is in ruins and would not be able to do much. the us of a would nuke every country and end the world war. i dont see what a reason for a new world war would be. People are still inhumane as just 50 years ago humans were being put into ovens during the holocaust. the fact that you even think about another world war is terrible. so many millions of jews died. they were told to go take showers and they were joyful that they were getting a shower, but it was actually gas filled showers and the nazis would lock the doors on you and your 30 pound body frame would slowly die. or you were told you run 10's of miles with no clothes in 20 degreee weather and if you slowed down you would be shot. now you tell me why you would want another world war to hapen. i hope you never post a question like this again buddy:)

With Tony Blair out of 10 Downing Street, I don't know how long we can count on the British as allies.
Most of the rest of the EU is either green with envy of the USA, or holds a grudge for various reasons. I don't think any Alliance in which France has a strong influence will ever ally itself with the USA, unless they need American power to rescue them, again.
And South Korea has too many problems at home to be much help outside of the Korean Peninsula.
Canada would love a chance to do the USA a dirty turn out of jealousy, and Australia has growing problems at home and a growing socialist trend in their government and society.
Quite frankly, I think the only firm ally we have is Israel, and that is because they know that without American support, the Arabs would overrun them, in spite of their nuclear weaponry.
The rest of the world are more likely to be enemies than allies, and at best, a majority would be neutral. Most would wring their hands descrying the violence and bloodshed, while scheming to grab everything they can in a power vaccum created by an American collapse.

Hey,
This is a link where you can downlod for free Axis and Allies: http://bitly.com/1BDxC8B
Finally the full version is avaiable!
You can pick to be either the Allied powers of Britain, Russia, and America, or instead opt to play as the Axis powers of Germany and Japan. Either way, this is a worldwide conflict where you'll have to learn to play strategically across two fronts, no matter who you’re playing as.

Axsis will be:
Russia, iran, Syria, Turkey, North Korea, Belarus, and maybe some of the baltic states (estonia and finland.)
If we get really unlucky china will be on the side of Iran but i dont see china wanting to get into a war.
And if pakistan goes with iran, we got India (WOOT) a billion more people on our side would be a good thing

soothsayer--America placed a puppet into power in Iran, then Iran invaded Iraq in the 70's with the weapons we had sold to Iran. Then we sold saddam weapons and he invaded Iran. Then khumani(spelling) took power....attacked the U.S. through terrorists(which could be considered invading)...
also to answer the question...If bush were pres when WW3 happened...I think the U.S. would be on the AXIS of evil...just my opinion...

I'm a chinese and furious because you add china into your self-made Axis list, even it's only your wild imagination and meaningless.
i need to remind you that china is also a victim of WW2 and a ally of american through WW1.
besides that, chinese are peaceful and kind people, even we have different social system it's impossible for chinese to fight against USA, unless USA invade our country.
