First of all, China does not want to liberate Twaian, they want Twaian to stop talking like an independent country, for Twaian is a part of China. And U.S. should stay out-of-it. And Twaian should keep their mouth closed!

Taiwan is the real China, the democratic China. When the communists took over, the Chinese Democratic government fled to Taiwan. Taiwan is a Democratic Ally of the US.
China is afraid that if Taiwan breaks free (as in no longer affiliated with the Main China) that all the other Chinese provences will begin to engage a civil war for independance too. That is what happens why tyrants start to lose power, they lose it all at once.
We also know that the fight to regain Taiwan will be just an excuse by China to start a real (possibly nuclear) war with the US of A. The US is trying NOT to get into a fight with China, but, even with all your superior numbers, it requires US knowhow to be able to make your weapons any thing in the way of a threat to the US. Even North Korea has better weapons than China does. (and that is pathetic.)
BRING IT ON, IT IS TIME TO DO SOME POPULATION CONTROL

I think Taiwan should liberate China, the largest dictatorship in the world today, not the other way around. No China cannot teach Japan a lesson, China is still a third world country will Japan is far more sophisticated technically and otherwise. And the Chinese dictators know this, that is why they did not 'liberate' anything. But I will be scared if China does become a world power, we will all live under an autocracy.
Please heeeeelp...

u u ....your question is a little confusing....first China cant teach "little japana" ,I'm guessing that is Japan, any lesson..since Japan is far more advanced in many different areas...so ,no China won't be teaching Japan anything ..anytime real soon....
second...I don't think China is trying to "liberate" Taiwan in any since of the word...I believe they are trying to bring them under control and into the fold ,so to speak,....given that China has lots of missiles aimed at Taiwan...I don't see this as a liberating experience.......more like domination in mind.......
and last..even though you seem to wish a war between the US and China.... at the moment I don't see it happening any time real soon....not with the amount of money that is flowing between the two nations so strong...this does not mean that it won't change someday..but for now..to many people are making to much money on both ends for a war to happen......
I believe China needs to worry less about making war...and more on their lack of water and pollution problems.....

Because China is an oppressive regime. Taiwan is a democracy. Any invasion of a democracy by another power will cause a world war. Japan and Taiwan are MUCH better allies of the US and the West in general than China is.

the u.s. and china have been preparing for war already hence the military budgets escalating over the past few years.Anybody who researches would know that the two countries have been at war economically for years.examples include tarrifs and entertainment bootlegs. Our GNP is at such a deficit with china congress has been proposing a bill that would require bush to do what he is already doing which is call them on it.we are currently bringing this in front of the u.n. this is how wwII was shaped through the manipulation of economies.

They're just trying to stop Taiwan from liberating "Peoples China".
Oh - and Taiwan is not a part of China. They just had the bad fortune of being invaded by Tsung Tsen.
