I ask because many people in regards to Iraq say it wasn't justified . Iran , people say we are not justified either , so I ask you when is pre-emptive action justified ?

Please remember pre-emptive action is not attacking someone after they attack you , pre-emptive action means we attack them before they attack us .

Our current democratic republic ensures that those willing to work hard are those that succeed. Why is it our societies responsibility to contribute our earnings to support a leach-like government, and a population getting too used to accepting government support?

here's an idea, all the dems that want this bill to pass, i mean politicans down to the american public, now if they want them ok, but they should be responsible for 20 illegal familys each, so if they need medical then they pay the bill, if they need food they buy the food, and on and on, why should the rest of us have to pay for them? they claim their hardworkers, well i know they are, but the say their lawbidding citizens, NOOOOO they broke the law to get in here. I've worked with people how came into this great country legally and have done what they should i have no problem with them AT ALL.. We as a nation should not pay the bill for the rest, but the ones who want them here should pay for them, so lets start with the ACLU get their pocketbooks open and see how long they support the illegals, TELL ME YOUR THOUGHTS AMERICA.

I was pulled over one night while going to the store. So the cop asked for my license, reg, insurance. I asked why I was being pulled over, and he said "gimme a min", but NEVER TOLD ME. Anyway, I had lost my license earlier that day, so I didnt have it. Now I have a $180 ticket I CANT afford to pay. Can I just go to court and show that I have a drivers license and all I have to pay is court fees? By the way, I live in NJ. EAST ORANGE COPS ARE THE WORST. We have all this gang activity in Essex County and they wanna pull me over. Man please.

The Dems declared that they were going to change the war and get our troops home; just vote them in! Well they are the majority and their message today is just as convaluted as it was 3 years ago! They were given a shot; have they blown it? Do Americans see them as the party that whines with zero solutions?

Then consider these quotations from our forefathers:
Declaration of Independence, Patriotism quotes:
But, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.
On Bush as a plitician:
Politics is the art of making your selfish desires seem like the national interest.
-Thomas Sowell
On Liberals questioning the govt. :
"It is the duty of the patriot to protect his country from his government." -Thomas Paine
On using homeland security to deny us of our constitutional rights:
The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government — lest it come to dominate our lives and interests.” — Patrick Henry
On Republican mandate:
It is amazing how many people seem to think that the government exists to turn their prejudices into laws.
- Thomas Sowell
We have been warned but we choose to ignore:
"When all government, domestic and foreign, in little as in great things, shall be drawn to Washington as the center of all power, it will ... become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated." - Thomas Jefferson
Will you still vote Republican? If so why?

I am not talking about seeking divorce or separation or any financial gains. I am talking about INDIA.
And I know that involved wife can not be punished as accused of adultery or as abetter under section 497 IPC.
But if some married lady ONLY does an AGREEMENT of adultery with another man without informing her husband about it ......... NOT more then that.....,
so now it is a case of criminal conspiracy under section 120 IPC.
Now her husband want to prosecute both of them under section 120 IPCfor doing criminal conspiracy of adultery.
Can some husband seek punishment for his wife for doing criminal conspiracy of adultery under secion 120 IPC in that case?

The Federal Reserve Act was passed at 11:45 p.m. on Christmas Eve, after all the opposing Senators had gone home to celebrate Christmas. Those who wanted the Federal Reserve had a quorum and passed the legislation in an unprecedented move. At the time, Congressman McFadden gave testimony in the House when he said:
"Mr. Chairman we have in this Country one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever known. I refer to the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Banks hereinafter called the Fed. The Fed has cheated the Government of these United States and the people of the United States out of enough money to pay the Nation’s debt. The depredations and iniquities of the Fed has cost this County enough money to pay the National Debt several times over. They are not Government institutions. They are private monopolies which prey upon the people of these United States for the benefit of themselves and their foreign customers; foreign and domestic speculators and swindlers."

Are our mentally warped ypung service men and women, home from Iraq, being cared for? Why is the media so afraid of showing the American Public those inflicted with insanity after being in Iraq? Why do they continue to show only service men and women in starched off-the peck uniforms, and let the American Public forget the mentaly warped soldiers? What really do Nush and the warmongering Senators mean by "Supporting the Troops"? Only when they need vills passes for more money to throw into and waste in Iraq? But no money to care for the insane and mentally ill soldiers who have wasted their lives in Iraq? Oh well...

Mmmhh, guess our troops have to learn the hard way that "Supporting the Troops" never does apply to the dead or mentally-ill soldiers! Oy's like "serve and take your own risk" as far as Bush and the Warmongers are concerned!

As a parent I have been staying in accommodation provided by Latch for parents of children suffering with cancer.
This week I have very sadly been subjected to a most distressing and disturbing incident. I have been treated in a very cruel and biased way with no sympathy or understanding for myself as a parent. I was in the kitchen having a private phone call with my son who could not hear me so I had to raise my voice to continue the conversation. Somebody complained about this but rather than discuss this with me and produce evidence the coordinator said that I am now banned from staying at the accommodation for one week with my family. Additionally the security guards have been put on alert to ensure that during this period I do not enter the parent’s accommodation. By not providing evidence they have by their actions shown a biased against my self and my family when I am the first person to help anybody in need.
