me and my husband both have 70 month sentences can it be arranged for one of us to go now then the other in 70 months

Me and my husband have four children and pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute and we have both been in recovery for a year and 2 months and have complete a year long rehab program

Nope a friend of mine is in Federal Prison(Alderson) right now and her husband is in County Jail awaiting transfer to a Federal Facility. They were both sent away on the same day with 4 kids between them, one together, who dont have either parent. Also 2 other people they know with 2 kids and they went together also.
My friend pled guilty to the same charges you did and got 60 months with time taken off for certain things. She has to serve until 2010.
The court/judge doesnt care.

That would mean one of you gets to wait 6 years to serve your time. I doubt there are ANY circumstances in which a 6 year sentence can be put of for 6 years.

You must have messed up pretty good to get a sentence like that. No judge is going to wait that long to but you behind bars.

Dobutful. The judge in your case isn't going to care if your husband is in jail at the same time or not. Heck knowing that you're both guility they'll probably want you in jail at the same time to keep you away from the law abiding public.

you can always have your attorney to ask the judge if you have children involved.
