Why all the hatred towards this man? Do you realize the impact on the economy if Pres. Bush had gone ahead with the Kyoto agreement? Do you realize the only countries that weren't excused from was the economical powers (the U.S.)? The major polluters on the globe (third world countries) don't have to follow the agreement. It's just another way for the rest of the world to extort money and sovereignty from the U.S.

BUSH is not waging a war against the environment. YOU ARE!!!!!!!! That's right. By not getting involved in politics you are allowing bad things to happen to good old Mother Earth. The government is trying to resolve the political pressure created by high gas prices by diversion tactics. They will tell you that automakers are at fault and need to start building more efficient automobiles. While this may be true it is also true that the Federal Government has provided no incentives for state and local governments to improve traffic management systems. The Institute of Transportation Engineers, a part of the Federal Highway Administration, has given the cities of the US a composite score of D- for their management of traffic signals. If you read their report, which is available on the FHA's website you will see just how much wasting the government is causing us to do against our will. I understand that people will occasionally be required to sit at a stoplight. But when you have to stop at every single F'ing one of them and the city keeps adding them and the ITE recommends that for safety's sake the need to stop should be eliminated whereever possible.... And the price of gas is going higher and higher! Why can't they coordinate traffic? I'm ranting. But this does apply to your question. The government isn't willing to fix it's mistakes or problems on it's own. It sits there and waits for us, the smart ones to tell it whats wrong. Hey government! Here's some money! GO fix the traffic signals that are operating on the same technology that was in place when gas was $1.00/gallon. PLEASE!

The trees are winning that war. I mean no matter where you go there they are. We can't seem to get rid of them. I guess we should focus on taking out the clouds...yea those bastard clouds that ruin everything. You are having a nice sunny day and then all of the sudden it is gone. You look up and there are a bunch of those suckers just waiting to bomb. Then out of nowhere they attack. We have no defense against them. WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO? We can't just nuke them because they just get out of the way. Our fighters are helpless against them. WE ARE SO SCREWED!!! We will never win. It is hopeless. Lets just give up and let the environment win. George has finally met his match. I have a feeling that the environment will be an occupying force that will take over the entire planet.
Is it too late to build a anti-environment shelter?

George W. Bush started the war on the environment, refusing to preserve or protect the delicate ecological balance between man, plants and animals so necessary for our very survival.
Bus isn't winning at anything these days. In fact, he's a big loser. Like another person answered, "He's trying..." Yes, he's trying all right. So I guess that doesn't make Bush a loser as much as it makes him a total failure. -RKO- 5/25/07

We have a war against the environment too? No war ever has a winner in this day and age unless its for a new ruler, and not even GWB can claim to rule Americans.
