Why doesn't the US Military have and issue personal GPS Locators for our troops. Why are we still missing our troops when there are many different "child locators" on the Market

I recently experienced racism at my work place and another employee of the company (caucasion) made me feel as though I was making it up it was bullshit. He also told me if it turns out that I am lying I will be forced to deal with the consequences. As time went on one of the accused resigned their position. I am currently employed at this particular business. What do you think? This specific employee had no faith in me at all but when everything hit the fan people started throwing away their lively hood. These are managers and what not. What do you think?

what is this malarky the politicians are talking with this new amnesty plan? why do they plan to filter aliens based on skill levels? is that so that skilled american workers must accept lower wages to the point of poverty--because skilled aliens will take their jobs for lower wages?

aliens have notoriously taken UNSKILLED labor jobs in the usa, which took those jobs away from american people who may be best suited to them--at least to feed their kids! our kids! our future!

so now who shall become the welfare state of the near future? will it be comprised of both undereducated amercans best suited for the trades and jobs such as taxi cab driver, landscaper, butcher, TOOL AND DIE MAKER (boy! do we need that trade here in the usa again!) as well as our highly educated american born citizens, whose college education costs $40,000/year TODAY?

what about native born americans? any color, size, shape, education, religion, et al.? what about our own people? where will we go to work??

Do I have a case against my plastic surgeon? After a breast reduction surgery, I developed a painful hematoma under my left arm pit. My plastic surgeon told me not to worry about it and that it would go away on its on, even though I told him about the huge amount of pain and fevers I was experiencing. Instead the pain got worse, the fever continued and the area became more swollen. I went to see a general surgeon who then hospitalized me for a cellulitis infection. My medical bill is 26,0000 and my insurance only covers part of it.

We are running short of too many resourses without increasing our population unnessarily. It is not right to grant benefits of legal status to people that started their tenure in this country as a criminal, regardless of why they are here.

I've been a permanent resident for 6 years.
I recently mailed in my citizenship application.
The problem I have is that my girlfriend of 6 years who happens to be an illegal immigrant (came to USA at age of 5, is now 23) wants to get married this coming June. She doesnt want to wait until I get my citizenship because a day in June is special to her and she doesnt want to wait another year.

Is it possible to do so? Will she get citizenship permanent residency and a social security number?
And then later, perhaps apply for citizenship when I receive mine?

Thank you for your info.

I am coming to the end of a 5 year enlistment, I have recieved 2 NJP's during that time for the same offense 134x3 and two article 82's. My question is, if you finish your term is an honorable discharge the norm? Can they say "well you had these njp's, so we're giving you a general."? I haven't been NJP'd in 2 years from the marines. my pro-cons are kinda low at 4.4/4.1 thanks!

Considering his stance on abortion and homosexuality I really doubt much of the main sector of the religious voters will vote for him. Ron Paul on the other hand has a much better position but the repulicans seem to hate him.

Where is the logic in that as the oil will end up on the world market regardless of who runs Iraq. American interests may well make a few billion dollars from their involvement but that is a drop in the ocean compared to the cost of the invasion. I think that the reason for keeping the US in a constant state of war is to maintain the flood of goverment dollars to the defence industries.

Hillary Clinton is the first female president and more than likely will win and be the first female president ever. It took Bill Clinton to clean up Bush Senior's mess. Do you think Hillary can clean up Bush Jr.'s mess? How will the world see the United States of America if a female president is running the country? Does a woman president show week government? Will Bill Clinton be telling Hillary what to do and essentially be running the show? Will the Democrats clean up the Republic mess? Will we ever get out of the enormous economic debit we have put our country in? How do countries not have as much money as us yet are avail to afford wars? Why have we spent so many Billions on war when the world is starving? Will there be a recount if Hillary does win like in past years? If Hillary wins will that make Bill Clinton the first man or the first woman? LOL . Will Hillary Clinton make the white house pink? If a woman president gets ellected does that mean she will ellect mostly women?

I've asked this many places and never gotten an answer. My parents told me that I wouldn't be able to serve in the army, because basically I only have one kidney. They're both there, just one is small and functions at under 30%. Generally, people with one kidney are warned against participating in dangerous activities, because if you screw up that good kidney then you're, well, screwed. But I never found a good source on this.

So. Could my one-kidney self join the army?

I know of two people, neither of whom loved the other, who both held considerable real estate assets. The man had capital losses on his real estate while the woman had capital gains on hers. They were married in a courthouse several days before the new year, wrote his losses off against her gains and split the difference, and got a divorce several weeks later.

Those of you against gay marriage contend that such an arrangement should be legal merely because one person is a man and the other a woman. It is obvious that heterosexual marriage is abused rigorously in this country. What could possibly be so damaging about gay marriage?

The only witnesses were friends of these people, who went to "run an errand" instead of accompnaying my child back home to make sure he was okay (he's five). They did call the police, however, while I was busy rushing my son to ER, and made sure to tell them a completely skewed version of the events (the police actually told me I was lucky they decided not to press charges for vandalism--this while the doctor is pulling loose teeth out of my son's mouth).
Ordinarily I would say, oh, well, accidents happen--but it really, really bothers me that they just didn't care that they had hurt a small child; didn't bother to tell me what happened, just took off to the liquor store like it was nothing. This is not okay, and I feel that the least they can do is pay for this fun little visit to ER, which is going to run into several hundred, even with insurance.

There are those who are enthusiastic about the bill and those who have their doubts. There are some who are reserving judgment. The bill takes steps to close the border but offers a path to citizenship for those now in the country illegally. Because of the penalties associated with it you can't really call it amnesty.

Should there be amnesty? Is this a good bill? Is it a good step toward resolving our porous border situation in the U.S., and could European countries use a similar approach to resolve their own immigration problems?

What do you think? Answers invited from anyone who has an opinion, pro or con, and in or out of the U.S.

We just found out that a small accident he had playing soccer 2-3 months ago torn his ACL and the surgery says he needs to repair it. Should he wait to finish his enlistment or she he go ahead and then do the surgery before he attends basic training? Will the recruiter remove him from the enrollment process or not. Please advise.
thank you.
