my brother just got arrested two months ago, over a tiff with his girlfriend, her girlfriend wants him out just like i do. what i don't understand is he has four other accounts of misdemenors that deal with angry issues,and they haven't even try to give him anger management classes. He is be extradicted to florida for something he did when he was 17. He is 32 now. Just because he violated probation. ....my question is do you know what kind of sentence he may recieve?Why didn't they give him anger management? Please no stupid remarks.

I filed for an expedited hearing in Washington administrative courts. My son was denied enrollment in an alternative high school without benefit of an IEP meeting. The letter denied enrollment because of a perceived disability, ADD. The rules for expedited hearings say no continuances may be granted, the district was given continuances at every hearing by the Judge from Sept. to Feb.
At the same time I found out my ex was using meth and I filed for custody of my 3 kids. The district claimed I had made threats of phsical violence against district employees, and filed for intervenor status in the custody of my children. They submitted 3 letters aledging that I made these threats and their request was granted. At the trial the author of the letters admitted under oath that I had never made these threats. They felt treatened by my presense at the IEP meetings. The Courts have violated our rights to due process. I have been jailed for 4 days, cannot get a job, lawyers cost to much. HELP!!!

He has paid child support in full, but the state of Virginia also charges interest, and the state of Florida, where he lives, does not. He cannot work due to a very bad car accident in 2002, yet he is waiting to get social security/disability which takes forever, so it seems. I am supporting him at this time. They have given him 20 days from the day the letter was mailed to pay the interest, can you believe it, or he will lose his license. I am unable to drive myself due to vision problems. Can someone give us some advice? This man is not a deadbeat dad by any accounts, and he did pay all his child support - about 39,000 dollars. What to do? He really needs help....
Thank you for any advice we can get. P.s., he has no money nor do I to hire an attorney..........Lauren

I mean seriously stop and think for a minute. If you watched the debate last night all he did was squirm around the issues and avoid every controversial thing. The only person that I saw with an agenda at all is Ron Paul. All Fox News and all the major news corporations try to make him bad. After the show Hannity tried to make him look like a criminal and they were trying to play down the fact that he was leading the polls again. So here is my question to Gulianni: Is American really that stupid? Do you really think that if all you do is scare us with 9/11 we would vote for you? I mean America must be dumber then I thought because right now he is leading the major polls. Ron Paul was absolutley dead on last night and Gulianni came away looking like an idiot. If he is elected he'll be just as bad as Bush. The people that like him either live in New York or don't have the slightest idea about national security. Amen to you Ron Paul, you just got my vote.

How would you feel if 20 million africans illegally entered the U.S, marched and demanded rights and amnesty, would you mind?

What about if 20 million from Europe did that too and asians?

To all from Mexico that are getting amnesty, let's say you become a citizen and suddenly you are in the legal system and feel more at ease but you've noticed hospitals are closing down around you, you can't find a job because someone is hiring only african illegal immigrants and then the government says they are going to grant them amnesty, would you be okay with that?

I'm outraged by our bullies in the office. They pick on middle easterners knowing they aren't well equipped but right here at home, they just let things fall apart and act sociopathic.

This is setting an example for the future.

Ok one time I was in the college dorm cafeteria minding my own business when a group of guys were harassing me and I just got up and started to leave saying "Leave me alone and if you hate me that much then Kill ME!" Well after I left the cafeteria employees called the Dean and said I made HOMOCIDAL threats! Which wasn't true!! I was so ticked off and upset and sick I attempted suicide nd ended up in the hospital because I was afraid to go to jail for something I didn't do or didn't say.

I am still very upset with them and my friend who heard EVERYTHING I said and the guys said(she has very keen hearing) and she said I never said anything homocidal.

So do I have the right to sue them for slander and character defamation or just let it go and never go near that college again?

I don't know what it is that makes democrats feel they are entitled to someone else's money. The only republicans i know that make more then 30,000 a yr make it bc they worked everyday of their lives to be promoted and never took a hand out from anyone. i don't know one republican that doesn't make an honest living from my mother who is a nurse at a prison to my bf that's a former marine and bounty hunter to my uncle who worked a packing dept for 6 days a week for 14 years before they let him into the computer dept where he went from $11/hr to a salary grand a week.

I was out of work with a non work related injury for 3 weeks. (I bruised my heel bone and I'm a bartender at a golf club)
I am ready to go back and have my Dr.s permission to do so.
Before the injury, we were short staffed. My boss hired 2 new bartenders in my absece and they have been covering my shifts. When he told them I was coming back, he was told by them that they will quit if they cannot have my shifts. I only work 3 nights a week and have been working here for about 1 year and 4 months.
He let me go because they have schedules that are more flexible.

Do I have a case?
I live in Illinois if that helps and thanks for any answers!
