Just about any police or military uniform store, probably even at places that sell EMS/rescue/fire or hopsital uniforms. Just about anywhere that specializes in uniform accessories for those jobs that require ID's & credentials. Sometimes places like Business Equipment Centers, Office Depot or Office Max sell stuff for use like that also.
