Something for all to think about regarding identification... Every piece of identification you carry around with you is based on one item and that is the BIRTH CERTIFICATE (I was born in Ontario Canada and this item declares information that I have no first hand knowledge about - I was a little young to remember!)

Therefore, all identification is really government identification and has nothing to do with people! It was merely the registration of an event!

When your parents transferred that item to you after you reached the age of majority, did they tell you that it doesn't identify you? Probably not! But we all walk around thinking that the identification in our pockets identifies us - and it does in fact but only because you THINK it does!!!!

What you may learn that really happened when that transfer took place in secret, was you were assigned a name to transact business. Then because you applied (begged) for a Social Security Number (it's a SIN in Canada - Social Insurance Number) your business now has a license to make profit and you pay the taxes on profit (income). So in effect, you started performing the duties of a fiduciary trustee and surety for a business name accepted by the government that you had nothing to do with creating except you were there for the event! And since you now use it for all your transactions in commerce as it's yours - for all intents and purposes IT NOW IS YOUR BUSINESS and all the debts that get obligated are looked after by you the good fiduciary trustee and surety!

The difference with fake ID is that someone actually creates it to give the illusion that it is registered with some government somewhere - best to check out the fake name you are considering to use as there may be crimes associated with it that you don't know about or that you could be accused of committing!!! Of course the only way to find out what's associated with any particular name and the identifiers like birth date, birth place etc is to ask the FBI, RCMP, Interpol or CIA or equivalent and I'm sure they'd be impressed to know that you're considering to use a fake name! At some point, you may just have a notation in the "system" that says beside the name on the government identification you were assigned: "AKA" also known as.....

Why are you wanting to become disassociated with the name you are using now? If it's just money reasons - the business name accepted by the government has no moral or financial resource and it has never produced anything! You are the one who did all the work and the business name got the paycheck!!! Become the equitable owner and let the govenment remain the legal owner and look after its debts (if that's all the reason you are attempting to use the fake ID)

Hope this is enlightening....
James
