I recently had a sex change, I was a man and am now a woman, can I still be drafted into the military? I am not gay, repeat NOT GAY but very feminine, kinda like a lesbian, and I had the sex change for reasons like the draft, I am not really cut out for a man's life, but Im not gay. Anyway, can I still be drafted into the military? If a draft was called?

A legal suit is to be filed. Advocate is talking about buying a stamp. First he said he will buy, so I send him money. Now he say I or my power of attorney should buy it. I travel with my job so have to make time for all this or assign Power to someone to d all this.

Please can someone tell me what are the true steps for suit filings and where in laws is this all written? Who is to buy stamp for filing suit - advocate or plaintiff, or someone else?

I live in Wisconsin, though I know of a couple of other states that have a law that if your barn is damaged by forces of nature, old age, or by anything else, you cannot tear down nor rebuild it. If you want or need the use of a barn, that one has to stay and you have to build somewhere else.

I want to know why this law is there and how it became a law. You would think that the county/state would want the eyesores to be gone, right?
