here is more info...my ex hubby's gf has been blogging about me since '02, I just found out a few days ago...not just one site but 3. My name, personal emails to my ex about my one daughter, kids names, teachers, doctors, etc is on there. My daughters medical diagnosis and meds is all on there. She wishes me pain on one post and then there are many that state she wishes me dead and I in just about every one of them she expresses hate toward me...such as "I HATE, HATE, HATE HER" She has even posted a pic of my daughter that is not even my ex's without my permission.

I don't think wishing you harm is the same as threatening you. Where's the intent?

I agree you need to contact a lawyer, but i also recommend making copies of everything. It's been going on since 2002 and that's a long time. I would also contact the police if you feel threatened. Just stay calm and Good Luck....

I live in GA to and have had some things posted on blogs about me...not about death or harm though...the police can't do anything about internet harassment though...I got the person doing it to me because they put stuff in my mailbox which is a federal offense

Human or State rules, no. there is not any regulation by contrast. yet, you may desire to work out if iPod rules are against it. i've got not heard something opposite so far although!!.. Have a rich destiny, costly! Invite us to the marriage social gathering. There might desire to be distinctive marvelous song!

Ask your local cops. technically, making it public like that might be construed as soliciting someone to harm you. At the very least it's conveying a threat. Depends on the wording. Talk to your cops.

unless it's serious you should just leave the wacko alone. technically it's harassment of some sort but people say all sorts of stuff on the net.

Report it to the police or other autorities and they could probably go to jail, or at least get chared with assault.

If they actually state that "I want to Kill so and so" - that is a terrorist threat.
