In some writ petitions ,the respondents submit false statements even with affidavits under oath to distort the facts trying to mislead the courts to attempt miscarriage of justice to petitioners. Inspite of pointing out the falsehood of the statements made and that too under affidavit, the High Court does not take the matter as serious. What sort of justice can be expected from the court?

Do you think if you stay longer that the militants will go away? Do you really think you will make the difference for 50 million people with a force of 150,000? You don't have enough force to even influence events in one city. They have you running around in circles.

Can you explain the government's rationale and objectives for keeping your brave and gallant, young American soldiers in such an impossible situation?

who may be abused, and so on by their in-laws. What laws are there to protect someone especially elderly mothers and fathers in law who are abused by daughter in laws. The abuse can be physically, and mental. We have such a problem and everywhere we turn we are faced with the threat of false charges by the daughter-in-law and her mother.

Frankly, I always thought that the people who are against it, were at least HOPEFUL that it would work . But another user has brought it to my attention that she is determined that it will fail .
I don't 'get' that . She says things like, "Just wait until September, and WHEN it fails, blah, blah, blah "

Regardless of your opinion on the war. . .. Don't you HOPE that it works ? Cause if it doesn't, then that means a whole bunch more of our good men and women are gonna die . And die for what. . . Americans like that girl I described saying they're gonna fail anyway ?

BTW, what do you think of an attitude like that ?

From my understanding, an illegal immigrant is a foreigner who has entered or resides in a country unlawfully or without the country's authorization.
Better yet, a foreigner who enters the U.S. without an entry or immigrant visa, esp. a person who crosses the border by avoiding inspection or who overstays the period of time allowed as a visitor, tourist, or businessperson.
What part of that are we Americans not understanding?

Does it concern you that the "average" American citizen knows very little about geography, current affairs, and many of the issues that have brought us to war? Does it concern you that these same individual's are allowed to vote in general elections? Do you think the video was biased and does not represent the "average" American? Overall what does this say about our educational system? What does it say about how information is filtered to the average American and how this information is processed?

Just a few examples regarding the guy who says "We have just 10 years to avert a major catastrophe that could send our entire planet into a tailspin.":

He & the Tipster live in a 10,000 square foot mansion with 20 rooms & 8 bathrooms in Nashville, TN. (Wonder what THAT light bill looks like!)

That is, when he isn't hanging for a few days in Washington, DC in his 4,000 square foot home in Arlington, VA (just a small place for quick trips to the seat of power, don'tcha know).

In neither home does he take advantage of using electricity produced by wind power. Utility companies in both cities offer this option at an extra cost of 2-3 cents per kilowatt hour. In addition to being a fraud, maybe Algae the Green Guy is cheap, too?

Ol' Al owns quite a large chunk of stock in Occidental Petroleum - an oil company that has been mired for years in controversy over oil drilling in ecologically sensitive areas.

I could go on but you get the idea.

Talk about inconvenient truths!!!

The Iraq Republican Guards were the most feared soldiers of the former Iraq Government. They created havoc to Iran and Kuwait when they invaded both countries. Yet, why is it when the allies entered Iraq during the first Gulf War, they sort of fizzle off? The same can be said during the second Gulf War where Saddam was overthrown. What happened to the Iraq Republican Guards?

Is the world coming to an end?

The economy is not doing well.

The stock market isn't booming. Dow Jones Average uses 30 stocks (out of thousands) to project the market. It just so happens those 30 stocks are doing well. The rest of the market is not doing well. If you want a more accurate barometer, then check out the S&P 500.

It's irritating to see one parrot after another declare the stock market is booming, when in fact, it's not even close.

The USD is at an all-time low against the Euro and it's at a 15 year low against the British Pound.

The housing market is stagnant at best. Home owners are foreclosing at a record pace. Mortgage companies are going under.

The top economic forecasters say we're going to experience a recession this year.

Gas is climbing at an alarming rate. Consumer confidence drops when gas prices climb, which means less consumer spending, which means the economy is going to slow down.

Try to research things before you declare them as fact.

Them stop? The only time in history they did not fight, was when one group controlled the other by bloody repression, i.e. Saddam. What i want to know is this.
#1 How could Bush not figure this from the start?
#2 Why would he think more troops will stop them?
#3 Even general Petraeus says the only solution is political, why does Bush ignore him.
#4 How many more Americans must die before Bush realizes what the rest of the world has known for 1400 years?
