You live under Fascist Capitalism & no proof your vote counts thru the stages of numeric results. Why are you not smart enough to recognize in order to serve your family the best you need a true direct consensus democracy like Switzerland.

With few exceptions most liberal areas are the most polluted. And these are the tree hugging, Gore-ganite areas?

Now why is that. If your responsible with your car emissions, and driving your Prius and using only compact florescent light bulbs. How is it that your areas are the worst.
Are you waiting for your government to enact legislation telling you to be more responsible?
Figures.

How is it we can allow for a new staff of leaders to run our country (into the ground in some cases) who have clear ties to oil (Cheney was CEO of Halliburton, Bush ties through Zapata companies, all of which are profiting from delaying alternative energies, ending war in Iraq, etc.) or war machine manufacturers (Bush Family - i.e. Bush sr. is board member of United Defense - they made hundreds of millions of Iraq), drug companies (Rumsfeld - convinced Reagan to fire and replace Food and Drug Administrator - launched Apartame aka NutraSweet and had it reclassified from a drug to a food additive - He was the CEO), etc.
It's just not right. It doesn't end there either. Honesty and itegrity seem to go out the window all too often. I believe a candidate for President should be better fitted for the job, someone who doesn't have huge personal gain.

A - Why do we let this happen
B - What if anything can we do about it?
C - Anything similar you can bring to the table

NOT!!!! You know why I can say this? Because if there was an actual shortage of people to do the jobs then the cost of wages would go UP and not DOWN like it currently is doing!

Darfur is a civil war. The liberals reasoning to leave Iraq- is because "it is a civil war". Why should we abandon a civil war (we were instrumental in triggering) and get mixed up in one we have no responsibility for? American soliders will still be targets of attack. It doesn't make sense to me.

How many of you have actually looked at the data from the State Dept. as opposed to just buying the MSM headlines? Given the fact that terrorist attacks have increased only because they have increased in Iraq and Afghanistan, doesn't that undermine a) Dems' claim Iraq is not a part of the war on terror, b) the notion we can/should leave, and c) show how irrational leaving Iraq is compared to calls to increase troops in Afghanistan?

in 1998 in NY, I walked into a cd shop and shoplifted a couple cd's. I was caught, put in jail overnight, and sent to court the next morning. My sentence was 24 hrs. comm. serv. I lived in MD at the time, and was just visiting NY for the weekend. So when I was released from court, i took the bus home to MD..so I never did my comm. serv hours. Now I am trying to join the military, and when a background search was done on me with the NCIC, it stated that I had a warrant for my arrest for failure to appear. So I called the NY ccourt clerks office, state's attny, police dept, and gave them my info, and asked to find out if I have a warrant..and they all sd no!!...but the problem is that on the NCIC report which is what the military uses to do a background ck, states that I do!!..so I am confused and I need to get this cleared up, b4 I join the Military. Can someone help me?

But we can't help a country next door.

Hell he was walking the streets of New York on 9/11 because his command center was placed in the WTC after the truck bombing on the WTC. The experts recommended that the command center be placed in New Jersey in a hardened bunker, which is where it is today, but Rudy made a political decision to put it in the WTC. So Rudy is the hope of the Republicans?

lies at their feet - Only reason insurgents have not given up is that the media daily undermines G Bush- and shows no tolerance for war. Enemy use the left and the media to break the will of the people- so they can win by default when we pull out. A united America would make them pack their bags and leave today. I.E. "Mission Accomplished would be a complete reality if Liberals felt strongly enough about victory as they do mocking everything the US does.

Since murder is illegal and owning guns without proper authority is also illegal, how would gun control stop anyone from committing and illegal act. If one is predisposed to taking a life, which is illegal, obtaining a gun would be quite easy, so how does gun control help? Remember we're talking about those few people who are intent on killing someone.
