what is the minimum to maximum sentence if u were pulled over and the police found cocaine (dope) in the passenger seat. U were the passenger but not the driver. What would happen if u were convicted?

When making arrests where drugs are found in a "common area" of a vehicle, most courts recognize what is known as "constructive possession."
It would be my hope that the true "owner" of the drugs came forth honestly to claim the drugs without bringing you down with them.

Mostly drug diversion and probation for 1st time offences..but if it isn't yours an atty may be able to help.

depends on how much money you/yourparents have and which lawyer u get...make sure you get a very good lawyer and dress really nice for court
