can somebody answer what is going to happen with employees working in National AIDS Control Programme since 2003 or before.
What will be there job status, will they keep drawing a remmuneration less than what sweeper who mop there room get or the peon working in that department get.
truth is this that few have crrossed there fourties and most there thirties, will govt. ever get sensitive to this situation.
people have invested there peak years in this job, for heaven please don"t say
" if you are not satisfied with the salary leave the job"
these are the most insensitive words to hear
can somebody tell, will there job be ever regularise... ?
job is of permanent nature as HIV/AIDS is spreading rapidly in country across all regions.
