I look at the most wanted list in the post office and like a lot of people on there were Latino. But I don't understand because I know all other races do more crimes and worse ones than Latinos so how come Latinos were on the list? Who makes up the list? People who don't like Hispanics? Are they trying to make us look bad?

Term limits, bicameral legislation, Bill of Rights, electoral college, Balance of power, or anything else.

Please include reasons why you feel that the authors included it in the Constitution, and the reasons why it shouldn't be there.

I'm asking for balanced answers that weigh positives and negatives, not just rants.

The Dems have no leg to stand on now if we secure Iraq enough for them to completly take over, and come home the victors. He knows who is over there. The US Millitary. Does he have IRAQ-NO-Phobia? The fear and loathing of victory in Iraq?

Speaking of those in prison that has committed a violent act upon another (not in self-defense). Why are we as tax payers paying for them to have tv, three good meals a day (they eat better then some that obey the law) and a free education. I as a tax payer think they should get bread and water, sit in a little cell to rot and maybe on Christmas if they have been good they can have a good meal, just to remind them. If our prisons were a bit tougher to tolerate people may think twice, a lot of them think prison isn't so bad, free lodging, food, and education. So its not picnic in prison, but they sure do get a lot of perks for harming someone don't they? What do you think, should those that commit, rape, murder, against anyone especially a child have rights?

I personally like my president, but some people don't so they try and ask these stupid questions, that they could answer themselves. Like how can we fix what bush did, <--- that was the stupidest, in my opinion.

There will always be variations in the weather. Global warming is refering to the fact that the earth has heated ON AVERAGE 1 degree C in the past 100 years and while that may seem insignificant to some, to many fragile ecosystems, it is reaking havok.

So why are people so blind as to not look at the BIG PICTURE?

He is legally retarded, but has no legal guardian as the courts have ruled he is competent, although the psychologists say his IQ is about 65.

I want to be sure he has the rights of gun ownership that the NRA wants for us all. He has had some violent, and unpredictable behavior in the past, but nothing that led to a felony offense which would prohibit him from owning a gun.

My question: does it sound right that a person like that is granted the right to buy a gun?

(this is a hypothetical question and is in no way meant to be defamatory to anyone of any intelligence level - except to NRA morons who can't see there's a problem in America with gun violence)

I have a boyfriend that left for the army exactly 2 weeks ago from today. He went to do basic training in South Carolina for 7 months, and he still has not wrote to me by email like he promised he would. How long does it take for the soldiers to get permission from the high commander to use internet.

We have very limited parking in the little office complex where I work. We are located directly adjacent to a courthouse, and police officers often park in our spots, forcing employees to pay for parking elsewhere. The parking area is clearly marked as private parking, not for the courthourse, violators to be towed at the car owner's expense. We've often had other cars towed, but don't know what to do about the police cars. They're not above the law, are they?

In the wake of the tragic shooting massacre in Virginia this week gun control advocates have once again come crawling out of the woodwork to capitalize on the ill informed and automated response of blaming the destructiveness of a mentally ill person's rampage on the second amendment.

The problem is that the gun control advocates are preaching to the converted when they clamor and claw at the government to restrict gun ownership in America.

Gun control advocates should applaud Bush for what he has done for their cause, instead they reveal the enormity of the false left/right paradigm that exists in US politics by berating him and his ilk as right wing gun nuts.

Is Dubya hoping for another "Paris Peace Accords" to end his "Vietnam War"? I agree with Reid, the military win in Iraq is lost. Political scientists and historians are already crediting Bush with messing up from the beginning. He will go down in history as a reckless warmonger. He wanted this war and used anything he could to make it happen. Why does he insist on sacrificing our soldiers to save face?

VT shooter had warning signs of prior to attacks.
Terrorists threaten and commit offenses regularily.
If VT shooter was stopped prior to action then can we not stop extreme self proclaimed terrorists of their threats. I support the troops and protection for peace. When we pull out of there we will have it on our door step again. They will not cave to value of human life values. What do you think of this comparison?

Is it b/c of prostitute soliciting? or is it mandatory even if it was with someone he knew? Dont tell me to ask him b/c I cant he is my cousin's boyfriend, and all along I just didnt believe the sorry excuse he gave her for his arrest. Please any legal explanation from professionals or personal experience will be greatly appreciated. By the way the arrest was in Broward County in the State of Fl. Thanks much!
