Who cares? Every state in the union, plus DC and Puerto Rico could submit a resolution and it would mean nothing!
Only the House of Representatives can level impeachment charges. So whatever silliness tha state and lesser governments do is completely meaningless!

there arent enough socialist/liberal/conformist groups to impeach the president...........there are many allies of terrorism and religious extremism in this nation to to raise a lound noise like babies crying but Bush is safe....enjoy the next 20 months!!!!!!!!!
