I am currently trying to take care of this problem .Ihavent paid in years. Ican barely work now due to health problems.I am 50 yrs. old and neeed to drive to get around. Whats my first step?

Here's something i am curious about: If a person has no job, no property, no wages and no bank account and the rent at his apt. is late. Can the apt. management sue him? What do they gain from this person if they have nothing? What can a judge demand this person to pay if they have nothing?

I go to court tomorrow for my 1st violations.I was going 44 in a 25, I live in virginia beach,as i know different state different laws, nevertheless...can i get jail time for that?, will there just be a big fine.I'm so scared i don't know what to do,i don't even have a defender....HELP!!!!!

who build huge mansions in resort areas have raised the property values so much that those who are working in the emergency services (fire, ambulance, etc) can no longer live in the area so the response time for those services is half an hour or more. And of course those same rich people do not want to pay to have permanent employees.

What about the fact that we only get half as much oil from Iraq as we get from numbers 2-4 on the list and a quarter as much as we get from our number one source, Canada? Does it help the argument that we buy oil from Iraq at the same international wholesale price as the rest of the world does? And that we are very low on the list of countries that Iraq exports to? If you don't believe me check out the data from the Department of Energy.

There appear to be many people that still do not believe man has anything to do with the current warming trend that we are observing.
Given that the following oranizations have asserted that man is having an effect, what information do you have that makes you feel that they are all wrong?

Organizations:
IPCC ( Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change )
National Academy of Sciences
The American Meteorological Society
American Geophysical Union
American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS)
all have issued statements in recent years concluding that the evidence for human modification of climate is compelling (8).

FYI, between 1993 and 2003 there were 928 studies ( peer reviewed, published, scientific studies) and NONE of them asserted that man was not the cause of the current warming trend.

Again I ask, what information do you , the naysayers have, that makes you think that man is not the cause?

Im a 16 year old trying to understand were i went wrong. I thought i made a great decision with Sen.McCain.Why is it that so many people think that I'm wrong? Why wouldnt you vote for him? And for your information, i do not plan on backing up anyone else. Just want to know what you think im doing so wrong, and please stop critisizing me, im only 16 and im trying to do something other than play video games that should be more or less better. But i have a site if you also wanna back McCain, because im 16 i cant do much more than that donations are forwarded straight to Sen.McCain and it would look nice if i had some lol. Well all i want are some open minds Thanks guys.

There are people all over who beg for cigarettes and money. I was reading a newspaper before going into a local discount grocery store recently. To get a shopping cart, you have to use a quarter, which you get back. These guys go up to people, and say "Can I have your cart? All I have is 10 cents." I watched them do this to like 25 people. Making 15 cents off of every 10 cents. And, cigarettes, or people saying "I'm from New York, do you got a couple bucks because I'm out of gas?" (In Illinois!) Why do people scam like this? It takes almost $3 for one gallon of gas now-a-days. Isn't this kind of stuff illegal, and don't we have the right to casll the police about it?
