Have you seen President Clinton's approval rating? It's higher now than when he was President. He's a huge asset to his wife, not a detriment. There are so many people looking back fondly at the Clinton years after over six years of George Bush that Bill's impeachment seems like small potatoes compared to Bush's failures. People have already forgave him for the most part, at least those who are going to vote Democratic in any case. The Republicans continue to play in the old dirt they could never prove, but what do they matter? They aren't voting Democratic no matter who the candidate is.

With all the Clinton slamming out there, this is a very intelligent question.
And I have thought about this as well.
I don't think so. What Bill did in the White House was reprehensible, but not only were his approval ratings still fairly high DURING the impeachment hearings, I think people will realize that what he did was small cakes compared to what the current occupant is doing to our country.
If Clinton is on the ticket, she may win. I'm just not sure she is going to make the top spot.
I do think Al Gore has a chance if he chooses to.

No. If anything he would help her get elected. He may be a scoundrel with the ladies, but he really improved the lives of many people while he was president. He would also help us immeasurably in foreign relations. He is very well liked by world leaders.
A lot of people don't seem to like her, but if she was some willy-nilly frilly type, I don't think anybody would consider her for president at all. She is a very serious, dedicated, strong person. If she does become president, I'm sure she will give it her all.

That's a really stupid question. Clinton had at least balanced the budget; what did Bush do?
The truth is, no one who's been involved in government ought to be elected. Tied in with the white House? Oh, sorry you can't run.

His sexual reputation?
Because his presidential reputation had MUCH higher approval than our current president's - and with good reason...
Dude with the list of "accusations" quit being a dittohead of Limbaugh's and get a brain of your own.
The current Pres is the problem - not Clinton.

If we all study our facts and the platforms from each candidate, we will not have to wonder about this type of questions. It is our responsibility to educate ourselves and make a choice based on your collected knowledge. We have the power.

No. It will only help her. Most people could care less who their President sleeps with. It's just not a big deal. It's the kind of argument you pull out when there is no argument in the first place.

She doesn't need any help. Her personality and extreme left views are more than enough to keep her from getting the nomination.
