Don't forget Army OCS. I went that route after I graduated from college. If interested the website below is run by past and current officers that are OCS graduates and not the Army. It provides a realistic view of Army OCS....and you can ask questions of the members.

An Army of "One?" Or, "The Few and the Proud." I spent almost 20 years (I drew my paycheck from the Navy) with the Marine Corps. And of both the blue and the green, the officers of the green side were far superior in just about every aspect. Be a leader of men, be a leader among men, be a Marine!

Well as a retired Army 1SG, I favor the Army if you'll prove to be a good officer who will stand by his troops no matter what. Lawfully of course. But to be honest with you you couldn't lose in either organization.

It relies upon on in case you want to have some delight in what you do or no longer. in case you want to easily earn a identify and experience like you've achieved something then bypass Marine Corps. the military is a shaggy dog tale.

Once again, if you need people to validate your decision, then go Marines. If you are man and do not need people on top of you telling you what to do and when to do it, then Army. Simple and to the point.
