My friend sells her book online and claims to all that her work is copyrighted. (She does this by using the copyright insignia.) In fact, this is her bluff. Aside from her bad judgement not to copyright it, might she be breaking the law? What would the fine or penalty be for her, if discovered? Many thanks!

Why do dems say Barack Obama should be admired for his honesty about doing drugs when he knew damn well that if he didnt come out in the open with it. His drug use would surely be revealed by the press and destroy him.

i was wondering if i was ever president and im 12 1/2% african and 25% jamaican would i still be considered the first african american president if there were no others before me or would i be considered the first jamaican american president.

Invading Iraq was probally a mistake, but we have to take responsilbity for it and finish the job. If we leave Iraq to soon it will become over run by chaos and terrorist as Afganistan was and we just have to fight another war their eventually. We will lose power in the middle east and our influence will fall. On top of that, millions of MORE innocent Iraqis will die then if we stayed. When we left Vietnam, millions died as a result and our the region fell apart. Democracy world wide would suffer and our middle east relations would detrioriate.


So my question is, why don't people realize surrender is not an option in Iraq?

Are the numbers as high as people make it out to be? I'm not talking about the number of infantry who are KIA out of the entire marines, just the number of infantry KIA who are stationed in iraq? Say, for every 100 infantry solders in Iraq, how many are killed in action?

I don't know about whether it'd be illegal or legal or not, but... am I able to mail 2 cans of easy cheese? I've done it before, but I've always lied and said it was something else. I want to mail 2 cans of it to my boyfriend for Easter. He loves it, but he lives in Wales, UK currently and they don't have it there. I would be so happy if I could surprise him with it. Let me know please!

If I'm not able to tell the truth and mail it, I'm still mailing it, so any suggestions on what I can say it is? :P

My main concern is with hallucinations and flashbacks I was informed by the democrat answers in my previous question that Hussein never had a bad trip so therefore he wouldnt be vulnerable to flashbacks or hallucinations but I thought i would throw this question out there for the conservatives to answer also and see if they agreed with the democrats theory about Obamas drug situation.

Instead of us going after Bin Laden and actually getting the ones who attacked us on 9-11, Bush would cut off funding and leave us in Iraq dodging civil war bullets so we cant re-deploy to catch the terrorists who attacked us on 9-11

I already know the ethical answer for this one, so just please give me the legal one. We just dumped 2 bags of paper trash in a dumpster in a new neighborhood - I think they were builder dumpsters (no one lives in the new part yet - houses aren't finished). While leaving, a man starting running towards us like a mad man. We left and he pointed to his phone and us.

I am assuming he's going to call the police.

We are in Texas.

Would they send us a ticket or sue us for criminal trespass without actually seeing the "crime" itself? He actually didn't see any trash going in (although I know that's a technicality and not an ethical solution). He just saw my husband walking to the truck. Although I know that we should have stopped and explained - I honestly think my husband was a tad frightened of the man's demeanor.

I applied for a police officer position.. well I put in the application and it is for "pre-screening only" and says "it doesn't mean a vacancy exists, but people will be put on a hiring list." Well I called and set up a time for my written test and they said they were available anytime for months, I could come whenever I wanted.

If I pass the written test then I will take an agility test then have the interview on the same day. The pay is ok, not great.

Does it seem they might have immediate openings, due to the process taking so short? The lady at in Human Resources would not tell me a lot of info..

While China and India is building their super economy and by 2020 it will outnumbered our economy by concentrating to their domestic policy , we , the USA is pretty much occupied in our failed foreign policy and bringing disaster to ourselves and getting engaged in conflicts with other nations.
