i was wondering if i was ever president and im 12 1/2% african and 25% jamaican would i still be considered the first african american president if there were no others before me or would i be considered the first jamaican american president.

well, politics has changed the definition of african american president. Right now, it basically is defined by skin color, not origin.

I'd say the first Jamaican American President. Unless you publicly mentioned you were part African.
